So you think 100, not a smaller increment (110-115)
Probably not. When dose is right, you might have meals that you forget to eat because of lack of hunger. So a light meal shouldn't really make much difference in the course of a day. However, if you continuously were undereating for a number of days, that might have some effect.

So you think 100, not a smaller increment (110-115)
Yes, you can always go up that small increment if needed. Coming down all the way to 100 will tell you if lowering your dose is really going to help you or not. If you go a smaller amount, its not enough to make a difference, because the dose is not a day by day thing. Each dose overlaps the next two before coming to full strength. That is why you can't start P2 until the 3rd day of injections. It takes that long for the dose to build up.
You'll know if you have gone too low, because you'll start being hungry before your morning dose. At that point, you can bump up some.

How'd it go? 3 o'clock is late for hunger from too high of a dose to show up. It's usually morning within a few hours of taking the dose. Unless you take your dose later in the morning?

Wednesday 8pm—-Hello, I woke at 5am(Wednesday)took my 100IU dosage at 7am . At around 10am I felt a tad hungry, had an apple and was good until 1pm when I had lunch and wasn’t hungry until normal dinner time .. I even did 30 minutes of walking , had a slight hunger & just Drank some hot tea & was ok.
Thursday 5:30am—Update ,currently 5:30am(Thursday)not feeling hungry , but I didn’t sleep well & think I was hungry in my sleep at some point and wanted to get up to have something .****** I increase slightly to 110IU this morning ***
Thursday 10:30am —- felt hungry ... but I think this is a pattern now that I’ve been waking at 5/5:30am & not my typical 7am. By 10:30 in the morning it’s been 5 hours and should be my lunch meal. After I had my snack of(1) nonfat Greek yogurt plain , I feel ok & filled and can wait a few more hours for my normal lunch .
Thursday -had lunch at 1& feed full and so far so good
Thursday -5pm was extreme hungry and had cravings - cheated
—-looking at the last 2 days, do u think I should go back down to 100iu or increase?
Friday morning . Woke at 7:30am shot at8am- did 115IU hcg.. feeling ok, but I did have strong cravings last night after 5pm & overate
Would you say that the "strong cravings" were hunger? Did you experience any physical hunger?
What was the craving for?

Was feeling stressed at the moment and had cinnamon rolls in the house had a bite of one but couldn’t stop eating two full ones and after that was still somewhat hungry and blew the entire night doing that... yes I’d say it was hunger ... but was busy cooking for everyone and didn’t stop to eat at the time I normally do .
Let's see if you are doing better this evening. The kind of hunger that indicates dose change is needed is a physical sensation, usually painful, and extreme--- like you want to gnaw your arm off.
