I don't see a reason to change anything at this point. It seemed that you were at a place where on the whole you were doing fine but had some small episodes of a little hunger that resolved when you ate something. And one episode where you waited too long to eat and then had a bit of a sugar binge that may have been more about stress response than hunger.

Having a little hunger here and there can be a normal thing. Some do have the situation where they feel no hunger at all ever during the round to the point where they might even forget to eat, but that doesn't apply to everyone. A little hunger right before normal mealtimes is also quite normal.

But its possible I'm missing something, so I've asked Grammy to look in again. She is involved in a conference currently, and may not be able to monitor the thread closely, but hopefully will have some time to weigh in.

If you want to try switching to IM injections, you can do that with the solution you are using, though I wish you would have followed directions on the forum here to mix. It's not at all uncommon for us to see more hunger issues when the solution is that extremely potent mix like you made. I know what's what you were told to do but it's not the best way to mix, and I"ve gone round and round with the various companies about it. And you also don't seem to be following the protocol. Yogurt is not on protocol so what food list and calories are you following?

I've never been one to have NO hunger during a round where I forget to eat. Some report that but it's not usually the norm. A little hunger here and there is normal. If you drink coffee or tea, I find it helps dull that and I generally drink coffee all morning and then I easily get to lunch, eat my meat, veggie, and fruit. You could also save a little meat or something else from lunch to eat at that 3 pm time that seems most problematic. You might have some blood sugar issues that are triggering cravings, especially if you're not following the protocol exactly and are missing something or eating something more of something else.

These are the needles to use for IM and you can google sites on where to inject. I use the upper outer quadrant of the buttocks. The thing with IM is 125 is almost always always correct. We usually don't have to monkey with the dose at all. It's the method Dr.Simeons used as well. https://www.shopmedvet.com/product/b...es-and-needles

The thing with this diet and any diet is that you have to plan. You need to have your food ready to eat when it's time, and you have to exercise pretty strong will power when there are super tempting things in the house like the cinnamon rolls. If I would have one bite of a roll I wouldn't be able to stop either. So it's best not to have that one bite. It sounds to me like more of a lack of planning than anything when you said you were busy cooking for others and didn't eat until you caved at the yummy food. that's a common problem so you just need to decide whether you're really ready to do this. It takes about a week of being perfect with your food for those food cravings to go away. And you need to eat at the regular times if you have any kind of blood sugar control problems. One thing that might help is berberine or chromium which both help with blood sugar.

You aren't exhibiting the really strong, eat your arm off hunger of a dose too high. That usually starts a couple of hours after injection and gets better as the day goes on. And every time we've tried to raise the dose, you do experience the stronger hunger in the morning so I think I would not monkey with the dose but just decide you are not going to cave to the off protocol foods and stay the course until it improves.

Or change to IM and see if that helps. It does help many people.

Thank you again Ladies for your time and advice ... I’m trying to look back at the post to find where you explain how to mix the hcg the way you are talking about , I can’t recall those instructions ... I think Leez asked how I planned on mixing the second batch and I told her and I’m pretty sure she said that was great .

So I’ll follow along to staying at my current dose of 115IU

We advise mixing 5000 iu with 10 cc of fluid. 125 would then be .25 on the syringe. The extra water helps disperse it and is more accurate for dosing. It's very difficult to get 12.5 on a syringe accurately. Dr. Simeons actually even did double that. He mixed 5000 iu with 20 cc of fluid and pulled .5 for a dose of 125. He cautions against using too little fluid also.

What food list are you following that includes yogurt? That might help us figure this out too.

I did ask how you had mixed the first batch in order to verify your dose, but did not say that was great. I should have pointed you to directions on how to mix a higher ratio of water to HCG for the next time. Unfortunately, once you've drawn from your mixture, you can not add more bacteriostatic water, so that is not an option now.

Oh yes, she includes a lot of variations. We're not big fans of her protocol because she also uses crazy high doses of hcg and adds more calories. The change in food works for some but not for those with a real obesity problem. If you click the tab at the top marked Original Manuscript, you can see the protocol that works for everyone. Sometimes when you're eating certain foods, the sugar in them (natural or artificial) it can trigger food cravings. Yogurt is one of those with high natural sugars. Your protein source would be better coming from meats or even whey protein (though whey protein isn't technically on protocol, many vegetarians use it with good losses.)

To be clear, Grammy did not say to raise your dose to 125iu unless you were going to get new needles and switch to IM.

After your skip day, your best days after you dropped dose to 100iu was that first and second day. Go back and look at the progression you reported in post #79. You started feeling worse as you kept raising the dose. So it seems logical to keep it at 100iu for a while.

Can you post your allowed foods list? We might be able to help you identify something that might be causing you a problem. Also, how have your losses been? What is your total loss from your weight on the morning of your first very low calorie day?
