morning -black coffee
(10am-if hungry - 1 nonfat Greek plain yogurt) optional - a 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
12pm-100g( before cooked )extra lean organic ground beef Or ground chicken -with a little lemon & (2cups)steamed green beans , broccoli or spinach

5pm ( same as lunch )

7or 8pm—- if I’m hungry and I never consumed yogurt in the A.M. I might have it at this time , especially after a 30 minute brisk walk if I’m hungry

I only have (1) yogurt a day and I only have it if I’m very hungry

72-100 ounces of water a day + herbal tea
