Wow. That is a super potent mix. I don't know how they expect you to draw an accurate dose with that mixture. Most suppliers are recommending mixing 5000iu with 5ml bacteriostatic water, and we think that ratio is way too concentrated. The problem is getting an accurate dose, as some of the solution is always left in the needle.

Unfortunately, once you've drawn out a dose, there is no practical way to add additional dilution and still be able to accurately draw the dose you are after. The math is just too complicated.

You can choose to give it a try, although we can't officially recommend it. The point of getting an accurate dose measurement can be lost by getting in the calculation weeds trying to retro-mix to a new dilution ratio.

The 1:1 mixing ratio that is so commonly instructed is problematic, but your mixture is even twice as concentrated (2:1) so I understand why you would want to try. To attempt this, you will need sterile mixing vials and a really good calculator. This flexible formula would be a place to start:

You would need to subtract the IUs or HCG already used from your 10,000 and use that as your base number. My suggestion would be to make sure you have drawn out a total of 8 doses before you start (125 x 8 =1000iu), so you you would be close to beginning with a whole number. (9,000iu) You want to aim for a mixing ratio of at least 1:2, an example of that would be 10,000 in 20ml water. But the next step is where it gets really complicated---You must take into account that you have already added 5ml bacteriostatic water and withdrawn some of that.

I've never been confident of successfully calculating the water part.

By the way, good decision on using the 125iu dose instead of the 200iu dose your supplier recommended. That is too high for most people that report on these forums, and can cause hunger and poor losses.
