Ok, I’ll go back to 100iu...
    morning -black coffee
(10am-if hungry - 1 nonfat Greek plain yogurt) optional - a 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
12pm-100g( before cooked )extra lean organic ground beef Or ground chicken -with a little lemon & (2cups)steamed green beans , broccoli or spinach

    5pm ( same as lunch )

7or 8pm—- if I’m hungry and I never consumed yogurt in the A.M. I might have it at this time , especially after a 30 minute brisk walk if I’m hungry

I only have (1) yogurt a day and I only have it if I’m very hungry

72-100 ounces of water a day + herbal tea

Hello! Why can you not add more bacteriostatic water once you've drawn from your mixture?
I ask because I mixed according to my doctor's orders but remembered you guys recommend regarding mixing
So I asked the pharmacy to deliver another syringe and additional bacteriostatic water...was going to put more in tomorrow.

I was given 10,000 iu to mix with 5ml bacteriostatic water which I did three days ago, when I started loading.
Although I was told to inject 200 dose, I've been injecting 125.
Would it not be advisable to add the new bacteriostatic water to the hcg vial?

Wow. That is a super potent mix. I don't know how they expect you to draw an accurate dose with that mixture. Most suppliers are recommending mixing 5000iu with 5ml bacteriostatic water, and we think that ratio is way too concentrated. The problem is getting an accurate dose, as some of the solution is always left in the needle.

Unfortunately, once you've drawn out a dose, there is no practical way to add additional dilution and still be able to accurately draw the dose you are after. The math is just too complicated.

But if you think it's a super potent mix, shouldn't I add additional dilution? Even if I won't be sure of exact dose...

You can choose to give it a try, although we can't officially recommend it. The point of getting an accurate dose measurement can be lost by getting in the calculation weeds trying to retro-mix to a new dilution ratio.

The 1:1 mixing ratio that is so commonly instructed is problematic, but your mixture is even twice as concentrated (2:1) so I understand why you would want to try. To attempt this, you will need sterile mixing vials and a really good calculator. This flexible formula would be a place to start:

    https://hcgdietinfo.com/formula-calculate-hcg-dose/

You would need to subtract the IUs or HCG already used from your 10,000 and use that as your base number. My suggestion would be to make sure you have drawn out a total of 8 doses before you start (125 x 8 =1000iu), so you you would be close to beginning with a whole number. (9,000iu) You want to aim for a mixing ratio of at least 1:2, an example of that would be 10,000 in 20ml water. But the next step is where it gets really complicated---You must take into account that you have already added 5ml bacteriostatic water and withdrawn some of that.

I've never been confident of successfully calculating the water part.

By the way, good decision on using the 125iu dose instead of the 200iu dose your supplier recommended. That is too high for most people that report on these forums, and can cause hunger and poor losses.

Thanks Leez! I didn't realize it would be that complicated but I will give your suggestion a go.

The good news is that I'm only kinda hungry - it's VCLD Day 2. Not ravenously hungry. So there's that at least
