Exclamation Help! Day 6 on Hcg & Im extremely bored with it!!!

Hey guys! I need help/motivation! I am doing the injections, and so far have lost 9 pounds. I just am very bored with it already. I'm not a big meat eater, & I'm already burnt out on chicken. I do like fish & shrimp so I need to get some asap. I would just like a buddy to help me through the process! My husband thinks the diet is dumb and doesn't make it any easier for me. If you have recipes or stories to share I would appreciate all the help you can give!! Thanks!

I would suggest finding a loading group.

This diet is about monotony because a large portion of it has to do with changing your relationship with food. I would suggest that you refocus on other activities rather than trying to make it less bland.

    Good luck!

Seasonings and shrimp are your friend. I too am not a huge meat eater and so I've been sticking to chicken. In order to kill the blandness I purchased a good amount of different seasonings so while I'm eating the same old chicken every day at least it tastes differently. Shrimp is also a huge favourite of mine and very easy to make. I purchased a bag of flash frozen deveined shrimp from the frozen food aisle and it was the best purchase I've made. The bag is resealable so I can grab my 100g quickly defrost them in luke warm water (takes 5 minutes) and put the rest back in the freezer. Peel and cook. I also agree you should find a group to keep you motivated. You've already lost a good amount so you should be happy about that.

Thank you so much!! This helps a lot. I bought flounder today and I'm going to give it a try.
