You have to be on a dose for 3 days before you know if it is the right one or not. Evening hunger does seem to indicate a dose too low.

Pick a dose and stay on it for 3 full days, then skip again and we'll try to help you figure it out.

I did 160 for 3 days and then skipped yesterday. I should have written this last night because I dont know what dose to take today. I did seem to be hungrier off the dose. I start out in the morning feeling very hungry and it increases all day till it becomes unbearable. I have cheated a little the past 2 days ...eating a little more protein, an oz more of chicken breast. I started at 157lb loaded for 2 days and became 159. I am now at 145. I have been on the diet for 25 days...all in terrible hunger. id love to find the right dose so I could finish this round and perhaps do another in the future. I have had to cancel appts. etc because I am too hungry to leave the house. thanks for any help you can offer.

No relief and hunger worsening indicates you are still too low. Go up to 175iu today.

Oh, YESSSS I am right there with you. I am very suspicious of the HHCG that I am using. Yet I hear/read this same thing from people injecting pharma. HCG CHICAGO says that too high of a dose causes hunger also. Huh?!

Are you willing to use an appetite supp6, or a ECA stack?

You should NEVER use an appetite suppressant on hcg. It masks the wrong dose which leads to poor losses and poor stabilization.

Correction dose injections same day or starting new dose following day?

If you believe your dose is too low say you are on a 125 dose and u start getting hungry before your lunch meal do you adjust right then by injecting a small amount to increase the dose you took that morning to 150 or 175 OR do you make the adjustment on your dose to 150 or 175 the following day all at one time?

NO. If you're hungry after your shot, it's more often a dose too high not one too low. It's normal to feel a little hungry in the morning with no food but if the hunger continues and worsens after lunch then again, the dose is too high. If that happens, then skip your next injection and see how you feel as the day goes on. If better, then lower the dose a bit to about 115.If you find that you have more hunger in the evening and not morning and up to about 3, then the dose might be too low. if that happens then raise the dose the next day by about 25 iu. Hunger is much more common with a dose too high rather than one too low. What day are you on? The first day or two it's very common to have a bit of hunger as your body adjusts. Eat your arm off hunger is not normal though.

Anything that suppresses hunger is not your friend with HCG. Hunger is the main cue that your dose is not right. Masking hunger means you could be continuing on the wrong dose and not know it. That leads to losing the wrong kind of weight (muscle wasting) which means that even though you lose a lot of weight, your metabolism will not burn at a normal rate or even your previous rate because you have less muscle mass. Unfortunately, you won't know this until you try to stabilize and can't.

I have a question. I am on VLCD 3 and I can't figure out what's going on with me. I just feel bad. I can't tell if it's the carb withdrawal, detoxing or actual hunger. I get these headaches in the back of my head and in my face and my stomach aches, sporadically. Today they came not soon after I ate. I am taking Drops from HCG Triumph 10 drops 3 times a day. I don't think I feel hungry because it's not like I'm thinking about food all day nor am I craving anything. I just don't feel like my normal self. Any thoughts...
