HI! I'm a newbie. I am currently on Phase 2/ Day 3 and injecting 125iu from Nu Image. The first 2 days were VERY difficult for me to eat.. I am not a big eater to begin with and I don't eat fatty, greasy foods either. So the first 2 days of eating that type of food, left me feeling sick and with heartburn for 2 nights. Today.. my 3rd day of injection and 1st day of diet I find myself hungry, I am craving my early morning oatmeal and blueberries.. I keep drinking my organic green tea hoping to subside the hunger a bit, but instead my stomach is growling and I'm getting a headache.

I think part of my problem is that usually I am NOT hungry, but now knowing I "can't" eat is making me more hungry. Psychological I guess? Any advice? Should I just wait it out and see how the day progresses and keep chugging the green tea?

They have a good reputation for being potent stuff. However, your dose is pretty low. I'd try upping it to 150, sugr.

chandra, what dose are you on?

Hi All ... i am also very hungry and wondering if i need to double up on my HCG? i'm on HCG Activator and have lost 8 pounds this first week. but i am HUNGRY a lot! are there drops that i can take along with the activator? i don't think i'm experiencing the same thing most are in terms of loss of appetite. i've read so much on here, i'm now confused on what to order and what to take? i don't want to do the shots and expense is a concern for me. Any help you can offer is much appreciated!

Update: Ugh, my drops don't have hcg in them! I can't believe it. Ok, I'm ordering homeopathic Triumph 40 hcg based on the advice I read on the homeopathic lounge thread. Wish me luck!

yes, im 11 days in and am hungry: ALOT. working on dosage, but im interested to know why cutting out melba toast would help with hunger? Why are so many people NOT hungry on (Rejuvi) New Edge hcg? Is that better quality stuff?

The melba can trigger carb cravings. But I generally recommend not eating it because gluten is the base reason for weight gain in so many people and you get a chance to do a food challenge without it. Losses are generally better without it. But the main hunger issue is usually dose.

I got my drops from a med spa and they suggested taking 6 drops 6 times a day. This is much more difficult to keep up with than 10 drops 10 times a day. I am hungry, but I think reading everyones post about how hungry they are made me more hungry, LOL.

I often fast so I guess I am used to hunger. I am more of a binge eater. I LOVE LOVE LOVE pasta. Love WINE which converts right to sugar and just love fatty foods. If I have to stick to eating fish and veggies I just stay at home instead of going out which is what I typically do 4 nights a week.

I am aiming for 40 days and I am hoping to reset my body and adhere to a healthy lifestyle. I've succeeded on Atkins in the past but I've never had to lose so much weight. Just typically 10-15 pounds.

I'm concerned that my hcg is fake without hcg in it though. How can I tell?

I am glad that I read this because I have been looking all over for melba toast. I know they sell it close to my home but couldn't find it near my job, I can find lots of processed food though

Are the bread sticks better? I think I am some what of a carb addict so I am wondering if I should even open this can of worms trying to limit myself to 2 breadsticks or grissi (sp)

I am a little hungry in the evenings but wondering if it's just the bread cravings and addiction?

    Feeling Snappy

I'm on VLCD5 and am sure that I waited too long to eat lunch today, but I'm battling the crankies big time. I'm taking hhcg drops, 10-15 a half hour before lunch and a half hour before dinner. VLCD3 I dealt with some MAJOR hunger pains during the day, so I decided to try drops the morning of VLCD4 which helped some. Yesterday I felt great. Today, not so much. Might have been the fact that I had a dream that I ate a pizza and woke up to a cranky toddler, but I'm really struggling with this. I also have issues with low blood sugar, which seriously contributes to me being a grump, but has anyone else been dealing with this? On top of hunger, which is not as bad as it was on D3, I'm extremely irritable and my poor daughter is taking the brunt of it today.

    Advice?

ETA: I've lost 9lbs so far, and I started this to lose the stubborn weight I can't get rid of, but also to cleanse my system. I have a dairy and wheat allergy, and the sugar has gotten out of control. The wheat isn't difficult to cut, I've been GF for over a year. But the dairy is where I can't give up. Cheese is my weakness.

Maybe so it doesn't freak people out too much when they inject...

Sounds like your dose needs adjusted, DVincent. Ask on the Homeopathic Lounge forum about dosing.
