Thread: Help If You Are Hungry on HCG Diet ~ Please Read

There seems to be a potency issue with this batch. I've been communicating with Grammy. I've increased my dose to 160iu, and I seem to be ok, for now. The real test will be to see how I feel later this afternoon/evening. Hoping for the best.

Tsk, tsk, tsk...you'll never get to goal if you keep snacking on the children! Cute children just throw our systems off balance. Don't let the big eyes and silly giggles fool you. You might think, "It's only a small child," but next thing you know you'll be nibbling their little cheeks and making raspberries on their bellies three our four times a day. Now, if this were P3 and you only ate them at meal times as the Leptin Reset suggests you might be okay. The trouble is, small children are way too sweet. We have to watch our sugar on this protocol.

Okay, silliness aside, I hope that you got your doses and things sorted out. It's relatively easy when you're not hungry, but it feels darn near impossible when you're ravenous all the time. Sending good wishes your way.

I would be chuckling, but alas it seems like my batch is completely ineffective. I'm going to restart next week. On the bright side, my toddler is intact, and it looks like there's turkey in my future tomorrow. I wish there was an emoticon that was a cross between a laugh and a cry, because that's what I feel like right now.

I'm so sorry! It's difficult when you put so much effort into something but the problem is outside of your control. I hope you get a good, viable batch soon.

    Always hungry!!

I'm a newbie, day 7 VLCD. I am pretty much always hungry. I use the tablets that dissolve under the tongue. I guess I'm concerned that it's not working right?
I follow the protocol to a T, except for one thing. I haven't been eating any Melba toast. I would, I just haven't because they don't sound the greatest.
Can anyone give me some help? I am under Dr supervision, but they say it 'll get better.

We always say you should not be hungry on p2.
If I were you I'd go to "ask grammy" and ask grammy.
I do drops so.. not much help with pellets.
In my small , humble opinion, at vlcd 7 you shouldnt be hugry and need dose adjustment. good luck

    Hi everyone!
Well here is my story! Last year I lost almost 24 lb by protein diet and I really liked it. Today its the 8th day of my HCG diet and I'm dying of hunger I'm 5.7 tall and I was 142 last week when I started, have lost 4 lb only in first 3 day and it stopped! I cheated honestly but very little! like had 3 spoon of milk (oh my God, I love milk, I always start my day with milk & coffee). but it's not fair, I haven't eat any other things out of the HCG diet!!! I want to loose 6-8 more pound only! is that the reason take longer than the people with more weight??? I truly need an encouragement! I usually don't eat much but now I'm starving!

PS. I do HCG drops, 3 times, 10 drops each time!

As long as you have REAL hcg drops, you should not be hungry.
    you need dose adjustment maybe.
figure out the hunger issue first, then worry about the weight.
le tus know if you need more help or ask grammy

Oh thank you for your reply! I ordered my drops from evitamine and it's called "White Dove", "living Elementals" HCG Detox. It's been introduced me by a friend who lost 10 LBS with the same drop

Hi, I hope someone can help me solve my hunger issues!

It's my 9th day of Phase 2. I'm using Rx HCG sublingually.

I had been taking about 6 mL doses, twice a day. I added the extra mL because I figured some of the mix got lost in the syringe.
I have been hungry ever since day 3, after loading. In between meals, after meals, just never completely satiated.

I tried lowering my dose, as I read that may help, and this morning I took 5 mL. I was still hungry most of the day! I've been trying to fill up on tea & water, but it doesn't seem to cure my hunger. I've also been sucking on ice to give me the illusion that I was eating... I don't quite know why, but I figured it'd help!

So, my question is, should I try decreasing my dose to 4 mL, or increasing it to 7 mL? Or try skipping the HCG for a day?

    Any help/advice would be appreciated!

You need to skip for a day. That's the only way to know. How did you mix it?

Thanks, Grammy! That's what I'll do today. This is my first "immunity" day where I skip my dose, and I will do this once a week. I'm hoping my hunger will be gone after today, but if it is not, how much should I take tomorrow?

I mixed the HCG with 2 mL colloidal silver and 13 mL of liquid B12...

Thank you for all of your help! You seem like such a wonderful help for all on this forum
