I'm in the same boat. I'm waiting to hear from Grammy in my other post to her. This is just an awful feeling.

Avic, Corion is very strong. That dose might be a little high. If you're still hungry (I've been in Hawaii so just saw this) then skip a day and see how you feel by late afternoon and into the evening. If better, lower to about 23.

Melissa, I'd switch to subcutaneous if you're still hungry.

This is so interesting. I never thought of poor circulation in areas of surgery. I have had 3 in belly area. I have had hunger issues in all my rounds. Every round I inject around my belling button. I usually do below belly button as I feel more pain above belly button. Would thigh injections be a better area for me.? I have the insulin needles, 1/2". One round I actually tried thigh and arm injections, but didn't stay with either site long enough to know for sure if it was a better area. I tried because I was hungry and thought I better do thigh, like pounds and inches states. I think I may have only tried one day and said no that didn't help and it hurts more. Then moved on to arm then back to belly button area.
Does anyone have experience with this? Or think their is validity in the belly area may not be as good a spot if you have had surgeries?

I've had 4 major abdominal surgeries myself and always inject in the belly. Probably your dose is just off.

Grammy, Normally my dose is .60 but I think I did .62 today...I couldnt really tell it was really early..I kept letting some out and it looked correct. But today i'm hungry...not my usual just growling empty feeling...would the slight increase make a difference in hunger in the last few hours ??? Just curious

I am not Grammy, but what I have noticed when I was hungry was a too high of a dose. Then I would skip a day to see if hunger got better. More is not better with this stuff.

How much are you taking and how often? Those pellets are often way too high a dose.

Not sure if I've done something wrong - but I'm hungry - as in "really hungry".

I'm using injections, given by a clinic doctor - and on day 4 (2 days load, 2 days vlcd).

My load days were a disaster. The doctor gave me a shot of B vitamins just before the first hcg injection. I got pretty nauseous (apparently that can be a side effect of B vitamin injections??).

Load Day 1: Could hardly eat a thing. Mouth tasted metallic. All food turned me right off. Managed to stuff down a few bits and pieces through the day - but not even to my normal amount of eating.

Load Day 2: No nausea, no metallic taste - but no appetite either. I managed to down:
    1. egg and sausage from A&W with cheese, hashbrown
    2. 4 Reeses Peanutbutter cups
    3. 2 toast loaded with butter and peanut butter
    4. very small piece of cheesecake
    5. one and 1/2 hamburgers (not loaded) and a handful of fries.
    6. 3 cups of coffee loaded with full cream

I was hungry from the first morning of the vlcd. Injections are pre-loaded (in diabetic syringes) and I'm putting them in my belly. Stuck like glue to the diet.

Today was a wee bit better - but I'm spreading the calories a bit more through the day - rather than all at one meal.

All I can think about is food, and I'm feeling a bit weak. Went for a 10 minute walk - but I really need to consume something now and I only have 60 calories left for the day.

Is this normal? Should I be worried? Is there something I can do differently?

According to the forms I have - I'm getting doses of 150 units per day of hcg (it's 1.5ml in a prefilled syringe).

I'm also feeling quite light headed this evening.
