    Hi there,

I am on R1P2D6, down 14 pounds from my load weight and 13.5 inches. Really liking the results, feeling some hunger, but today feeling especially hungry and buzzy - to the point that I decided to work from home rather than drive. I am doing this on my own with hhcg drops.

    Composition of drops as follows:
    Active Ingredients: Antimonium curdum 10X, anacardium 10X, fucus versiculosis 1X, hypothalamus 18X, natrum sulphuricum 18X, phytolacca decandra 6X, thyroidinum 8X, L-arginine 6X, L-carnitine 6X, L-ornithine 6X, cyanocobalamin (B12) 6X.

    I am taking 10 drops 3 x daily.

Would appreciate any suggestions you have.

    Thanks,

    Janine

Unfortunately you are on fake drops. I would stop at once and get real hcg before continuing. The hunger and "buzzy" feeling you are talking about is from your body entering starvation mode. Even though you are losing, you're losing muscle too and damaging your metabolism. So sorry to be the bearer of bad news. your drops don't contain any hcg at all in the list.

    Thanks Grammy,

This is my first forum post, so I'm not sure I did that correctly, but I'm presuming you were replying to me here.

I thought that homeopathic hcg drops don't actually contain hcg.

What should I be looking for in a drop? And do you know where I can buy it in Canada?

The first ingredient in true homeopathic hcg drops will read hcg 3x, 6x, 12x. As you can see from your ingredients, yours are only amino acids. Many have success with true homeopathic drops but I only personally recommend shots. It's the only method that shows hcg in the bloodstream. I know it's difficult to find real hcg in Canada. You might ask in a separate post where people in Canada have found it. I don't know myself. Sorry!

Over the weekend I had twice the energy that I usually have and cleaned the whole house, did all the laundry, etc. I was feeling great. Friday at the gym I was amazed at how much I could put into a workout when I had eaten very little. When I was done I felt like I could have gone on for another hour.

However, I am experiencing severe hunger today. It started AFTER my mid-morning snack. I was fine in the morning and woke up not feeling hungry at all. Ate breakfast anyway, then my mid-morning snack a few hours later. And had to eat lunch an hour earlier than usual because I was starving. Eating lunch didn't seem to help that feeling at all. I ate what I brought for dinner at 4:30 because I was ready to pass out.

I have not changed anything since I cut my dose in half on Thursday last week.

I can't understand what is happening to me. I am at my daily caloric limit now -- 496 calories today. And I am dizzy with hunger. So much so that I will have a hard time driving home.

I took my HCG dose first thing this morning as usual, the same amount as the 4 days prior.

Your dose is off. It sounds like it's too high. Try 25 iu lower tomorrow since I think you skipped recently?

Oh I feel like a complete idiot. I think I forgot my shot yesterday. I looked in the fridge and I have one too many. Must have forgotten it yesterday morning. Would that explain why I feel hungry?

    I'm sorry!

Well, the hunger is so early that I'm not too sure that's it at all. If you'd just missed a dose then you should have felt better after your shot and maybe had some hunger in the evening. I think it might still be too high.

After my shot this morning I felt just fine. Hunger completely gone. If I went 25 iu lower my dose would only be 105-106. Does anyone really go that low?

Yes you can go as low as 80. 100 is pretty common. But if you're feeling fine, let's see how it does.

    Question

So I have some questions. I did not load excessively and not tons of fat. I am on P2VLCD2 Sublingual Ovidac 150IU 2x/day and had a few strawberries this morning. I'm not especially hungry, just feel a little spacey, slightly lightheaded. What is that from? Low BS? I had a 3.2# loss from the first day. What is the normal pattern of feeling hungry when on the right dose?

    Thanks, Liz

You might need to up your salt intake. I don't know what you mean about pattern.
