    Help - meal prep for next 21 days

    Hello - I need some help looking to plan out for the next 21 days. I found something but can't find it anymore. I am looking for foods I can cook and freeze for the next 21 days.



    I am starting hcg and I have PCOS and I have a little son who eats everything, therefore very hard for me to control my eating.
    Did anyone who has PCOS keep the weight off for over a year or more?

    It can be the base for a lot of different P2 dinners.

    Sorry that you have to deal with PCOS, but many find that their symptoms are helped by HCG at least during the protocol, and some PCOS women have been able to conceive afterwards, so you could get some benefits.

    Maintenance is very individual, and if there underlying problems before HCG, you generally have to work with those again after HCG leaves your system. But HCG gives you the best chance of any program to keep your losses, because it rests your hypothalmus. That allows your metabolism to remain at a lower set point. Other diet programs cannot do this for you. Sometimes it can take several rounds before you figure out the best way you can maintain your losses.
