    hhcg Pellet Dosage

Hello All. I'm starting the pellets switching from injections after my planned interruption. I did pellets a while ago and honestly don't remember the experience well in terms of hunger. Right now I'm pretty darn hungry. Mind you on planned interruption I wasn't hungry at all ( for 2 weeks ate just lots of meat, veggies, some fruits and fats) and practically had to force feed myself. I'm using Intermountain and I want to adjust dosage, I'm only on starting day 4 so I can't until tomorrow but does anyone have other tips for adjustment? I see on the bottle it says 3 pellets 3 times a day or 2 pellets 6 times a day (that would be SUPER hard because I'm struggling to remember 3 lol). Also sometimes I leave the pellets in my mouth for a long time before I chew and swallow and I wondered if that had an impact on the dosage I was ingesting. Anyway, any very specific guidance from people who have done pellets would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi nicejade

Leaving the pellets in your mouth longer shouldn't make any difference. I always leave them for about 15 - 20 minutes before drinking or eating anything

It does say you could switch up to 2 pellets 5x per day. I really don't know as I never experienced hunger while on pellets. Maybe set a timer so you will remember lol.

Thanks for getting back to me I'm just seeing this. I think I'm going to stop. I've actually tried many pellet combinations and I feel awful. Hungry all the time, weak, tired, spaced out, and shakey. So I'm worried about what this means for where the weight is being lost. I tried skipping doses to no avail. I hoped to get more help here but I don't know . .

Yeah I don't know what to say. I never have had any trouble with the pellets.
    Have used them many times
I don't know if cutting the dose really helps much on hhcg pellets as with real hcg.
