    Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)

Does anyone have any experience doing HCG while on HRT?

Although Dr. Simeons took people off all meds during the protocol, most people today stay on their HRT during HCG. It may slow down your losses some, but if it is helping you feel human, you might want to continue it.

Even if you are using a transdermal cream, it is usually pretty small amounts. However compounding pharmacies can change the base for you so that you have an oil free cream.

Thank you! I am doing BioTe that uses injected pellets. Got them today. I'm going on vacation in about 17 days and have been advised to wait until I get back to start the HCG protocol. At about 200 now, hoping to lose 60-65 lbs.

You got good advice. It is possible to do the low calorie diet while traveling or vacationing, but it does put a curb on your social dance card. Much better to carve out a few weeks where you don't have to be dealing with not being in complete control of your foods and schedule. I traveled to a 5 day conference duirng Phase 2 at one point. I brought food, ate in my hotel room and just showed up for coffee after the group meals. It was ok, but it takes some planning and discipline.

Injected pellets, that's a new one. I would be very leery of something like that because you can't adjust the dose. They have hormone pellets and they are the same way. They can dump a bunch of estrogen and testosterone at the beginning. My sister in law had them and I truly believe they contributed to her breast cancer because of the overdosing. And hcg is VERY dependent on the proper dose for it to work.
My expert Hcg Diet advice is based specifically on the original Simeons Protocol. Grammy's personal protocol:Grammy's Hcg Diet Protocol
