    Intermountain trouble?

    Hello all,

    After Triumph's website stopped working I decided to give Intermountain a try. They took my payment but my order has been "processing" since October 23rd. I'd have expected it to ship by now. They have not responded to my emails about this.

    Anyone have experience with this company? Does it usually take them this long to process an order? I'm starting to get nervous.

    I have not ordered in a while from them— about a year. However, I have used them on all my previous rounds with no trouble at all. I tried to look at my past emails from them to see if there was a phone number, but there was not. Please update us all when/ if you hear from them! Hope this gets resolved for you quickly!

    Thank you for your response.

    I found a second email address for them and was able to get in touch with customer service. They apologized for the delay and say my order is shipping today. If that doesn't happen I'll update this thread but otherwise it seems like things are ok now.

    Great News!
    I use the Intermountain pellets and find they store better than the drops and can be used on subsequent rounds. Also, for me the pellets travel better than the drops, are easier to use when out and about. If that helps.

    i just ordered from Intermountain on the 19th and received mine on the 25th
