Yikes, I've hit some P3 rocky terrain. Nothing to panic about yet but I gained 2.3 in the last two days and I'm now 0.6 above ldw. (There went my wiggle room.) I had a holiday celebration Saturday. I ate well but had far too much white wine. I'm fairly sure that did it. So, I'm ditching white wine, keeping my diet simple today and keeping my fingers crossed the weight comes off quickly.
What types of things do you all try when you've had a bit of a gain?
