    Oh My Gosh I am in Northern Nevada as well! Cool...just starting also, but my 1st load day is going to be this saturday.

    Good luck zeekman. Load as much as you can!!! I just went to Raley's and found the shiratake noodles and they also have Walden farms fat free/cal free/carb free/gluton free sauces. Basically nothing in a bottle. They also have coconut oil spay (like pam) They are all in the health food aisle. Raley's seems to be the only really good place I have found that has this stuff. Also Nutrition Unlimited in Gardnerville. Grisole's cafe next door actually has phase 2 menu items. I plan on going to lunch there soon.

    I just started too! On Feb 9th. I am down 10.2 so far. I'm very excited to see the results. Joined this forum for support. Hope u'll have me. I'm a mom of 2, in AZ.
    Anyone else too full to eat the 500cals? I get full from 1 meal. But yesterday...I didn't lose anything.

    thanks mom2two. I think it was just a little bit of newbie nerves kicking in. I am down 1.5 today and was just doubting myself. I'm going to take a look at my lotions and makeup and switch if needed. It's Winter and cold and dry.....can't really go without lipbalm and moisturizer! I have been eating the Melba toasts, can't seem to find Grisini around here.

    Hope you are able to get your dosage right. I know that I have had to play around with it as well. I wish my dropper had markings on it!

    I wish I was full after eating. I am still fighting hunger issues. I have to space some of my fruit portions out so I have something to snack on during the hunger periods. Also lots of water and iced tea. Are you eating the breadstick or melba toasts? Some people have issues with that. The day I didn't loose I got TOM the next day so figured that was why.
    I am feeling much better than I did the first week. I almost quit but read some stuff on the forum and it helped. I had a day without loss too and felt like a failure even though I didn't cheat. I felt like "Is this worth it??" Then the next day I lost a 1/2 lb so was ok again.

    Are you eating 1 or 2 melba a day? I have heard that you can have 2 but then from others only 1. I decided yesterday to quit the breadstick snack altogether. I eat one and it makes me want to eat more. I will use it ground up and for breading on fish or chicken.
    I got blistex for my lips yesterday as well as the clear lipstick. My face is dry as a bone though. I am using oil free lotion for face and corn huskers for body. I think I am going to switch to baby oil for body though. I can't stand the consistency of the corn huskers (Too ky jelly like-yuk all over my body!!!!) As for my face my wrinkles are starting to pop out! No oil to plump them up. I am going to look for another face lotion.
    As for your dropper you can get them with markings in the baby aisle.

    I have tea in the morning w/Stevia...then fruit around 11am. Then I get done working...and eat around 5ish. Its hard to make dinner for the family and then just have my skimpy meal. But i keep thinking about the results. I have had the melba toasts at night if i need them...i got the garlic kind. I have 2rounds a day once in a while when I am hungry but not every day. But i find that I am not eating the 500 cals a day...& the dr said that is ok, as long as i am eating. I have been overweight so long, that it really depressed me. And this rapid wt. loss with no exercise seemed to good to be true...but its working ! I was a little bummed with the no weight loss day but am keeping my fingers crossed that the # will be big tomorrow. Thanks for the encouragement. Its nice to have support.

    Are you eating lunch? I too am having a hard time eating the full 500 cal. Not from lack of hunger but from not getting enough veggies in the meals. I need some sort of dressing on the salad and can't choke down the lettuce without something. I made a ginger dressing based on Benihanna's one. I substituted the ketchup for homemade and chicken broth for oil. I will try and see how it goes tonight.

    I was disappointed with my weight loss the first week. I lost 8 lbs. Everyone else is loosing 10-17ish lbs that I have talked to. I was so bummed only 8 in a week. Then I thought to myself "are you crazy!!!" That is 8 fricken lbs in a week!!!!! Normally it would take 8 weeks to loose that. So I just changed my mindset. It is not how much other people loose it is what our own bodies are releasing. You can do it!!!

    Hey everyone! Been very busy with work and kids so have not been able to find time to post. On Day 10 -down 18lbs. I have been very lucky to not have a stall day - even with "TOM"; but i'm sure it will happen. Everyone don't get discouraged, everyone loses weight at diff rates.keep up the great work.

    Hello everyone. I started on Feb. 8th as well, just getting a late start on the message board. So far everything is going very well. Although I notice a bit of kidney pain the other day, but realized I hadn't had enough water to drink. I drank two bottles and it went away almost immediately. If anyone has an seafood recipes to share I would be so thankful. I am having a hard time getting enough protein since I only eat seafood. I cheated one day and ate a piece of tiramisu and it wasn't worth it at all. I didnt lose a pound that day =/ Anyone taking the B12 injections, if so, how many times per week?

    No...I eat an orange around 11-12. Then, that usually keeps me ok until dinner. I'm not trying to not eat...i'm not just hungry. I am very picky, so i only eat either chicken, ground turkey or scallops. And the only veggies i will eat are asparagus, spinach and cabbage. I steam everything & i use this stuff from sprouts, called Spike for my seasoning. Its all natural & has like 39 dried spices & its very good. I use lemon & sea salt with everything that i cook. I tried to eat the lettuce, but is just awful by itself. But i have been altering my meals well, so i am not getting sick of anything.. (yet). I also drink alot of tea (with stevia).
    I have a girlfriend who works in the dr office where i got my hcg. She did it & lost 37pounds in her first rd...then did a 2nd round of 23days and lost an addl 12....She's my mentor. she recommends not eating any red meat if u can handle it & eat alot of cabbage & to always take your B12 drops. I am following everything she says to a tee....& its working so far.
