D- Eating late isnt good. Tomorrow will be better.

At your weight I'm sure it is very difficult to lose. So happy for you!
The smallest I have ever been is 135 and that was at my wedding over30 years ago.
150 would be a healthy weight for me. Hopefully that will happen next round.

Someone asked me a few weeks ago if i did cycling. I thought they meant bicycling. LOL!
I wasnt familiar with the HCG term cycling. Still not sure what it is but I saw a group post called cycling.

    Stay focused.

I'm not familiar with it either. I immediately thought bicycling too. Hummm, are we missing something? Maybe I'll research that!

    Checking In

Hello All. I made it to P3. I never got further than that 18 pounds down. I started straying, so I knew it was time to move on. I am enjoying trying new foods. Hope I stabilize. Keep working it ladies. I am jumping back on over Halloween weekend....hoping for another 18 pounds by Thanksgiving.

Hefty.. Are you skipping p4 then? That is a form of cycling isn't it. Had to read on that. I know most suggest getting thru 3 weeks of p3 and another 3 weeks of p4 before doing another round. I'm doing this thru a naturopathic doctor and she won't let me do p2 again for 6 weeks. So I'm doing another round before Thanksgiving so I can be done by Christmas. I never thought I would want to do it again but I'm 155 and want to get to 138 to 140 which will require at least 30 days of p2 but it is do quick and fairly painless that I can finally get to a thin me! Can't wait!!

MK, I guess it would be cycling. I am just going to be rogue and see what happens...I don't want to wait that long to restart. I would like to be done by Thanksgiving. I am really not sure how things will work out, but I will see. It may be good for me.

Go for it Hefty. I wish I could do the same. I may talk to my doc about that.

Hello all. Had a good day. I have been reading all the P3 recipes on the forum. Think it is almost time to move on.
If you try anything great let me know. I really plan to stay with protein and veggies as much as possible.

Woohoo! Just as I was about to give up, thinking I had squeezed every ounce out of this round that I was going to get, this morning......drum roll please... Down 0.8 lbs. to 121.2. Only 1.2 lbs. to go to goal! I finally see light at the entry to the P3 tunnel! I am so excited! The advantage of you girls getting there first is I can get pointers from you and find out what great recipes you have tried that worked for you. I get pumped every day as I await your posts for a progress report! Keep them coming! Hope everyone has a successful day!

Girls...p3 is tough. I am slowly introducing foods back in and I feel yucky. I think I'm lactose intolerant.. Who knew. My advice is take time starting new recipes so you know what you can tolerate. My weight hasn't changed at all which is helpful. Next week I will try the almond flour. I'm kinda scared to but really want pizza. Way to go Donna! Awesome. I had to buy size 8 slacks today because nothing fits. I went cheap because I want to do one more round. I got 5 pairs of slacks at Kohls for $75. Nordstrom must wait till I know I'm done.

Yea Donna! Almost there. Keep it up.
MK- I have been looking and reading. I'm afraid I am going to have a hard time. I want to do it right but every page you read says something different. But I am planning eggs for Sunday morning. Can't wait. Think for starters I will just eat more of what we have been eating.

    Size 8- How awesome.

MK - Yay on the size 8 pants. I agree, don't spend much until you get to goal and maintain for a while. I found a really neat consignment shop where I can get pants for $12-16 a pair so I have been shopping there. And once they don't fit anymore, I take them back, the shop buys them from me for resale, and I get a different size. It's working out great and I haven't spent much on clothes that fit.

I have spent the last week ridding my closet of my 3 largest sizes because I vow to never let myself get that big again! I have four large tubs of nice, big clothes to get rid of now.

Paulru - This is my third round of hCG. I think P3 is the hardest phase. I didn't have any problems in Round 1 but Round 2 was a struggle. I went really slow in both rounds. I started adding one thing at a time, with eggs first, then three days later cheese. I did okay as long as I just ate a little but if I ate much my weight would go crazy. That made it real hard to get my calories up. I increased my protein and vegetables to double portions from what we are used to having and added heathy fats like olive oil and real butter to about everything I cooked. I'm not expert but I still think slow is better. And, I've found that every round is different than the last. There seems to be no pattern here.

Down 0.3 lb. this morning. Getting to goal slowly, but I am getting there! My husband wants to know if the little frog on my ticker croaks when he gets to the finish line. lol I can't wait to see what happens when I get there!

Good luck today, either with losses or stabilization!

Down another 0.5 lbs. this morning. I'm now 0.4 lbs. from goal! Wow, just wow! I have one dose left so tomorrow will be my LIW regardless but I am soooo happy. Clothes I bought a couple weeks ago no longer fit (and I really liked them... . I guess the bittersweet and expensive side of successful dieting is the requirement to buy new clothes. It's a happy thought when I think that by the middle of next week I will be into P3 and can start having a little more variety in my diet. I am so sick of the food on the list that I may never eat another piece of chicken!

Hope things are going according to plan for each of you. I'm anxious to see a progress report. Let's hear from you!
