    I love, love, LOVE P3!! I love being able to eat out, too! I travel around our state almost every weekend with a group I'm connected with, and that means we find ourselves in restaurants at least twice while doing so. Last night, we were in a restaurant in Muskogee, Oklahoma that had a dinner with smoked chicken smothered in swiss cheese, onions and ranch dressing. I had that with a side of green beans and woke up this morning having not gained an ounce. LOVE P3!!!

    So far, if I go up a pound, I go back down a pound the next day. I've noticed that a lot of that has to do with whether or not I'm drinking enough water. I know I'm not, but I'm so sick and tired of plain water. I make lemonade with lemons and xylitol, but plan on picking up some Real Lemon today so I can do that more frequently in a day. Yesterday, I drank a aspartame sweetened carbonated cranberry drink, so I wasn't sure what would happen today...but it was okay. I don't want to make that a habit, but hey...it was good just that once.




    Starting weight: 160lbs
    Week one: -10lbs!
    Week two: -4lbs! total loss = 14lbs!
    Week three: -3lbs total loss =17lbs!
    Starting P3 @ 143lbs.
    Week 1 P3: 144lbs

    Ok so another day with no loss. No gain but no loss......ugh I am so ready for more weight loss

    lyn- ditto! I lost .5 yesterday and today nothing. It's becoming a pattern for me and I don't like it! lol.

    I've been taking pictures of myself since I started and I can't believe my belly was so large before! I must of had a distorted perception of myself because when I see them now I'm in shock!

    Lyn: 20lbs is really good.

    So I had my daughters 18th bday celbration on Friday - I stayed on course and had a .2 loss on Sat morning, Saturday evening we had my husbands celebration and I was good again - thinking this morning would sure show good results and I was up .2 - I was sooooooo angry - I should at least be rewarded with some losses after being sooo good regarding the food! VLCD day 27 up .2 total lost is 14.4 - so slow was hoping to be at 18+ lost by now!

    thomygirl- I'm sorry. That sucks! It's always so discouraging when you were sooo good and get nothing for it. I went to my cousin's little girls' party yesterday and all I ate was pico de gallo, no chips or meatballs or guac. And today I stall!! I had like 3 bottles of water there too. I came home and ate my tilapia with spinach. I hope you have a big loss tomorrow!!

    RN- I hope you have big losses as well! I also drank all my water - maybe it was because we ate later than normal that I gained - not sure- but I am not meeting any of my mini goals and would like to reach a 22lb loss by the end of p2. I only have 2 more weeks of p2 and need to lose like 8lbs! I know I am reshaping though as I have had a tonne of compliments and people are finally noticing that I lost 30lbs. That is both rounds combined so far!

    It's so great to read your comments!! Galatia, I am envious of you starting on your weights again, I can't wait for P3, but got two weeks more...I've been 100% not cheating, so it does get frustrating to see zero loss in 8 days...I'm with Thomygirl; seems like we should get credit for being so good on days when the temptation is so high LOL!
    My weekly weigh-in is in the morning, maybe her scale will show a loss this week because mine sure didn't! I think I will do an apple day tomorrow, haven't tried that yet and it sounds like maybe it's time I did!

    Susan sorry your struggling as well! 8 days is a long stall - if I were you I would message grammy (Colleen) or mgsondance (Marg) for some advice! How much have you lost so far? Maybe you have a bad batch of hcg! Grammy or mgsondance will be able to help you determine if you hcg is good or not. I may have very very slow loses, but have never stalled as long as 8 days. How much weight do you have to lose? Maybe you have lost all your abnormal fat and so the hcg is not affective for you anymore. I wish I could help as I feel so bad for you! (((((((HUGS)))))))))
