Honestly, I think you'll do fine! I ate a butt-load (literally...I'm pretty sure that's where it's all going) of food on Day 1 and 2, and I ended up losing 3.1 lbs, leaving me in the negative! So far, though, I feel absolutely fine. If you do struggle, at all, it helps to drink lots of fluids, and do something that takes your mind off of everything else for a while, or jump on here and chat it up with us!
It's scary at first, isn't it? But just think! In a couple of Rounds, we'll both be at 140! I'm starting at just shy of 250, so I'm right there with you!
