Yes, it is important. Eat mainly healthy fats and not so much starch and sugar to minimize load gain, but don't skip the 2 days of loading. Eat as much as you can of healthy fats every time you have room. (You don't have to stuff yourself or eat more than is comfortable.) The HCG doesn't become fully effective until the 3rd day, so starting the diet part will start you out being very hungry and weak, as the HCG hasn't had a chance to fully release and start utilizing your fat stores yet.
If your supplier ignores such an integral part of the protocol, I would be suspect of every instruction they give you. You were wise to come to the forum to verify how to properly do this plan.
The premixed HCG with stabilizer is a new thing. We haven't yet gotten much feedback on it yet.
A good starting dose is 150iu for most people. Dr. Simeons gave everyone 125iu intramuscularly. Its fine to start with 125iu. You will need to confirm what is the exact dose you are taking, as it depends on how the vial was mixed. Most suppliers mix 1:1 (equal HCGiu's to Bacteriostatic water ml's) which would mean pulling to 12.5 on s U-100 syringe would give you a dose of 125iu.
The phase "reconstituted HCG" seems to indicate the solution that is already mixed with the bacteriostatic water. But again, dose depends on the mixture ratio, so you still need to verify what the dose is in the amount they are asking you to take.
