It could. Metmucil is 20 calories a teaspoon.

In P2, a better way to approach constipation is supplementing with magnesium (250-400mg) and vitamin C (1000mg). Increase doses daily in those increments until you reach bowel tolerance, then back off a bit for your maintenance dose.

Hope they work well for you. I have found its important to keep elimination moving during P2, and there isn't much bulk to help that happen.

    Hi!
I wanted to follow up on some help you gave me about having low energy muscle fatigue early in P2. I apologize I am having the hardest time figuring out how to reply in a thread but wanted you to know that I did skip a dose and was feeling ok in the afternoon, So as u suggested I lowered my hCG by 25iu and am doing much much better. The magnesium potassium and calcium in nature calm has to be helping too.
    Thank u very much.

The liquids allowed on HCG are water, mineral water, coffee & tee. The sweeteners allowed are saccharin and stevia. Anything else is an experiment.

Natures Calm is a good supplement. Avoid the sweetened ones or check ingredients.

Lastly - should I space my 500 out throughout the day, 150,150, 150, and 50?
I don't know what this is referring to.

You must be signed in to reply. Could that be the problem?
