Since you haven't started yet, my suggestion would be to add another 5ml bacteriostatic water to the HCG vial and then draw everything out and add to what you have already mixed.
This will allow you to get the leftover HCG and will also make dosing any dose changes you may need much easier. We recommend mixing at a ration of 1:2 or even 1:4. It allows you better control of the dose, and some think it even dispenses easier in the tissues.
Your dose calculation was right for your 1:1 mix. At the new 1:2 mixture, you would draw to 25 on your syringe.

To get every last drop out of the vial this time, keep it upside down as you draw it out. You can adjust the needle position to get it all that way as it comes down to the end.
