    mixing help for b12

    i just got my b12 in from online and it came in ampules. It says 3ml for intramuscular injection. I have no idea what to do. what size of needle? Where do i inject? what do i mix it with? Do i use the whole ampule for one injection?

    oh and when not using the other ampules do you keep in the refigerator?

    you don't mix it with anything...I did subq injections in my stomach and I used 1ml per week....the ampuoles don't have to be refrigerated cause they aren't open but when you open one, go ahead and draw up your doses and the refrigerate your filled syringes....hope that helps
