Are any of you in the Senior side of life? I am 64. I've dieted most of my life and had it sorta under control - at least enough so that I didn't feel like a cow. However, since I was in my 50's, weight loss has been nearly impossible. Every diet I have tried from calorie counting to Atkins - almost no result. Maybe 5 pounds a month, but at that rate, who can stay on course?

I'm thinkin' maybe this HCG is the miracle I have been looking for! At this point, anyway... I am encouraged!
    Let's get `er done!!
I'm 51 and now have 111 lbs to lose. doubled my natural body weight and I am only 5 feet tall! Goal weight 120 .

I know what you mean about being older, weight loss is much more difficult. I have researched HCG for many months and contacted "BIG LOSERS" women who have lost 100 lbs and 150lbs and they are all an inspiration and all say HCG works just never deviate from the food plan or the drops and you will succeed! I love reading those stories.

If you google "HCG I lost 100lbs" you will find many inspirational stories from woman of all ages.

How much do you have to lose? 10 lbs off is an awesome start!

I tought i was down another couple pounds, but i am the exact weight as yesterday. The scale originally told me a different weight, then after i re-weighed myself a few times to find that I'm the same as yesterday . O well

The scale is your enemy! Just weigh yourself once, preferably at the same time every day, because your weight will fluxuate all throughout the day. Take the oringinal loss!
You are doing so well, don't let these number throw you off!

I only weigh myself in the morning before i eat or drink anything. A bit of a bummer, but I'm thrilled with how much I've lost in only 5 days. I will say however that i have stuck to the diet, but have still had bouts of hunger, lightheadedness, and slight dizziness. I started out at 377.4, I'm currently at 366.0 . Down a total of 11.4 in 5 days.

You have had some awesome losses back to back and we know some days we don't lose but most days we do. Chin up you are doing exceptionally well.

Yay! another 1.2lb down this morning ! Feeling kinda like sickly and flu like this morning, I read this can happen as the body adjusts ! Oh well it is what it is.

week one ends tomorrow and so far I'm thrilled with my losses with absolutely no exercise. This week I'll add in some gentle exercise and see how I go.

Keep up the great work everyone we are all doing really well

I weigh myself pretty much the same time every morning first thing after a bathroom visit.

You are doing well. What is your goal weight?

Hey, thanks for asking. Not yet, as I can't start until the second week of Feb, we're waiting for our tax return. I am so excited to start. I have reduced the amount of sugars/carbs in my current diet (just regular eating) and increased my proteins and veggies, so that I can be on board for protocol.
My beloved hubby and I are getting a game plan of what and where to eat while I am loading, get some of my favorites for one last harrah! He's on board with the hcg right now, and hopefully, once I start shrinking, will stay there, since he likes to see me happy, he tends to be an enabler, offering me the yummy food choices that I try to not eat. We have talked and will talk again about him doing that (evil, but wonderful man!).

I see that you are hitting the ground running! You are doing great! I will be joining you soon, to share hardships, concerns, and encouragement for us all!
