I want to begin the HCG diet on Sunday. Are there any menu plans and/or recipes to follow to ensure Iíll be successful? Also, Iím a 57 year old college senior. Will this diet affect my brain power. I need every brain cell I have left to graduate!

The menu is all laid out for you in the protocol:

My best advice is read through the manuscript multiple times as you go through P2. My best menu tip is cook everything fresh as much as you can and keep it simple. You will learn to really appreciate the flavor of fresh simple foods, and it can help you ease into a healthy maintenance plan when you are done that will make it easier for you to keep your losses. A Foreman grill or air fryer are both good gadgets that can help make easy meals yummy.

Please note that any suggestions I make are based on the Original Protocol.

My recent HCG round was with DietDoc. Our site owner has generously arranged for me to earn a small fee if you use my DietDoc or Nu Image Medical link to order your Hcg and supplies. (All HDI site discounts and coupons apply.) A full review of my experience and how the round progressed: my Diet Doc review and my Hcg coaching blog here
