PLEASE ADVISE!!! Prolonging HCG Round 1 or short break for 2nd Round

I was on hcg drops several years ago and was very successful. I lost a ton of weight back then.

However, i have gained significantly so i have recently started hcg ( jan. 5th. 2021 at 191 pounds) i weighed that much when i was pregnant

the weight is much more slow moving. I am only at 180 pounds where as years ago i would have lost atleast 20pounds by now.

I want to maximize my time on hcg so my question is, can i prolong my time on phase 2 to 53 or 60 days or can i start my next round immediately after phase 3?

These injections are expensive and im try to lose weight as economically feasible as possible.

    Some one please advise!!!!

Thanks for your question! This is one that comes up continually because many people do not understand that this isn't a normal type of diet plan. So you have to get what you have learned about dieting out of your head and embrace the HCG diet more as a prescription than a diet.

The HCG diet is not a plan that you can manipulate and expect to get the optimum outcome. It is a therapeutic protocol that is mean to heal and normalize your hormone function. The fat loss is really a side effect of that. But the other benefit of the protocol is that, if done correctly, it allows your body to stay at a lower weight instead of rebounding after the diet is stopped.

If you want that effect (and don't we all!), you must follow the rules. And the rule is that the maximum round is 40 dose days. This applies whether you are on RX or on homeopathic HCG. With the injections, you extend the round naturally by observing the required weekly skip day. Those skip days, plus any extra days where dose is skipped for TOM or as a dose diagnostic, can stretch your P2 to 46 days or more. (homeopathic hhcg does not require skip days)

So the answer to your question is no, it is not wise to prolong your round past the maximum 40 dose days.

And no, you cannot safely start your next round without waiting the prescribed time. You can consider this a first round, since its been years since you last used HCG. That means you need to wait 6 weeks (3 weeks of P3 and 3 weeks of P4) before starting round 2.

Think of it this way--you will be getting the maximum benefit by following the protocol timing. The length of treatment and the length of the waiting times between rounds is critical to make sure that when you do get to your goal that you can stay there.
