Iím new here an have a few questions.

I have been on the HCG diet now for 17 days an Iíve only lost 7lbs. Iíve weighed my meat without great loss. I started off losing about 2 lbs the first 3 days then all of a sudden I just started only losing 1/2. It would go up an down not a steady stream of loss. Iím very frustrated.
Iíve been on the HCG diet an even cheated a little but lost the weight pretty regularly. This time i wasnít going to cheat an I havenít. Can anyone tell me what Iím doing wrong. Any help would be so appreciated.
Thank You for reading my post.

Your loss pattern is not unusual for women. The first week loss is usually the best and then the body tends to regroup resulting in a slowdown or even a stall in the 2nd and 3rd weeks for many. Depending on the answers to the following questions, you may be doing nothing wrong.

Lets start with collecting some information.

What kind of HCG are you using? RX or homeopathic? What is your dose? Did you mix your solution yourself? Are you following the 500 calorie menu here:

Does your 7 pound loss include the loss from your 2 loading days?

Are you experiencing hunger throughout the day? If so, describe the intensity of it.

I get my HCG prescription from my doctor. I inject 20 cc. I did not start the HCG while I was loading. Was I suppose to? Sometimes I won’t eat lunch when I see my weight goes up to 1/2 a 1lbs.

20cc doesn't tell us what the dose in IUs is. The way most doctors mix HCG, you are likely taking a dose of 200iu, but could you confirm that is your dose? You may need to call your doctors office if it is not marked on your prescription bottle. It is important to know what your exact dose is, rather than presume.

Yes, you should take HCG during the two loading days. The reason is that it takes 3 days for HCG to come up to full strength and get your fat released to circulate and be used as fuel. The buld up also allows you to enter the low calorie phase with minimal discomfort.

If the HCG is working, there is no need to reduce calories even more, and in fact it can throw you off.

You don't mention hunger. Many people would be extremely hungry on a dose of 200iu, which is why we need to confirm what your actual dose is. Being on the wrong dose can be responsible for poor losses as well as un-ignorable hunger.

Again on your loss amount. Are you figuring from the weight on the morning of your first very low calorie day?
