Jay Robb makes an Egg White Protein shake w/ stevia as well. I haven't used it so you'd have to check the ingredients, but I'm pretty sure it's P2 friendly as well, and there's no whey in it!

Basically, you should only get 40 injections (or days with oral doses if you're doing rx sublingual drops) per round, so if you skip one injection per week, 40 injections can actually be spread out over about 46 days. If you're using homeopathic hCG, you do not have to to do skip days and can just go for as long as you like, but you should not lose more than 34lbs per round, regardless of which method you're using (rx injection or drops vs homeopathic). Just to clear up any confusion, the reason you should skip when on rx but not on homeopathic is because when on rx grade hCG, your body can develop immunity and skipping a day each week helps this to not happen. Immunity is not an issue with homeopathic hCG.

The required wait times between rounds are also written in P&I: 6 weeks between Rounds 1 and 2, 8 weeks between Rounds 2 and 3, etc. Not sure what pages it's on, but you can find it there!

Thanks for all the great info. I made my goal weight, this morning I weighed 125! The end of my round is Thursday, I don't think I'm going to lose much more. As of today I've had a total loss of 25 pounds. I'm extremely happy with my loss. Now onto stabilization and maintaining my weight. I'm only 5'3" and small boned so 125 is a good weight for me without being too thin.

I would go to a local health food store and read ingredients! Also many of the companies have a small 1 serving packet. You may want to purchase those and try them before you spend more and find out you don't like it.
