    Salty Mouth

    Hello everyone

I've been on hcg sublingual drops for 1 week now and my mouth is salty, is this normal?
    Thank you in advance

It sounds like you have dry mouth. Does drinking more water help? If not, you might try a mouth spray called Biotene. Also, make sure you are getting enough electrolytes (sodium chloride and potassium chloride). Try drinking a cup of bouillon.

    Thank you for your reply.
I do drink lots of water and I did try boullion, may have helped a little. I might have to go and check to see what I'm lacking. I was on HCG 10years ago with nasal spray and never a problem, now sublingual drops it's weird.

I hope you find a solution. I tend to have dry mouth, but it isn't affected by the drops. I do find it's worse when my electrolytes are low.

Another question: have you temporarily stopped taking any supplements?

I didn't know I was supposed to take supplements. Which ones should I take?
    Thank you very much
