    Want to start

    Hello

I like to start soon... I work in a place were I can not bring in glass bottles so thinking pellets might be the way to go. Any suggestions, tips mentors out there. I need to lose 135 lbs ( currently at 335 lbs ).

I see there is a 2,0 version and 800 cal.

    Welcome Joe,

We have a mens forum and at least one other guy starting a round you can chat with there about 2.0 and increased calories (Wilson Black):

This is his current thread: Not as new of a guy. But a new journey altogether

Some have had success with pellets, but they do tend to be hard to work with if you need to adjust your dose. RX HCG is injected once a day. Maybe that would be an option for you. Then you wouldn't have to take anything with you to work.

My current weight is 113lbs. I am short so I look bit chubby. If I want to lose 20lbs to achieve my ideal weight. Is hcg recommended for this amount of weight loss?

HCG is appropriate to use for weight loss of 15 or more pounds, so you are good.
