Yes, high dose can cause those problems. Its ok to skip once you have had 4 doses, so you are fine.

Your losses are good. I'd say on the high side of average so far.

Great! Thanks for your help, I'm glad I found this thread and didn't continue taking that high a doseage for too long, I hope that after lowering the dose the diet will get easier and I will feel better (and continue to lose weight)

Looks like you've got it all sorted out. That's a very high dose unless the hcg vial had quite a bit of liquid hcg in it before you diluted it with the bac water.

It was in powder form so no liquid, I was planing on taking it for 40 days so I will need to reorder since the hcg I have now won't be good after 30 days (I think that's what was said earlier) so when I get the new order will it effect anything if I mix it correctly that time?
also this is kind of off topic but the doctor gave me some fat burning pills to take, I haven't been taking them yet because I haven't felt that great but I'm wondering if I should just skip them all together

HCG is good for up to 30 days once mixed. It can start to degrade sometime around the 3 week mark, so since you have to reorder anyway, I would plan to remix at the halfway point. If you can get a 5000iu vial at a better price, you can do that, and mix it however you wish. Changing the dilution on the second vial won't affect your round.

HCG doesn't need fat burning pills or any other supplement to work. I would save your pills for after you are done with P3 and trying to figure out maintenance.

I think I read somewhere that if I am planning on taking it for 40 days then I should skip one dose per week, is this correct? There is so much conflicting information out there it's difficult to figure out what is the right information to follow

    That's correct.

In HCG you count doses, so you would continue, skipping one day per week, until you reach the 40th dose.

It looks like you are being advised to take an incredibly high dose. I don't think you could accurately measure a normal dose at that high concentration. And even if you could, much of that is going to get left in your needle.

Normally, you would be instructed to mix a minimum of 5ml bacteriostatic water with 5000iu. That would pull to .15 or 15 on your syringe. And even that dilution can be hard to measure if you need to adjust dose. Its much better to use a total of 10ml bacteriostatic water to 5000iu. That would double the size of the 150iu dose in the syringe, making adjustments much easier.
Hi Leez, just so I am clear, If mixing 5000 HCG with 10ml Bac water, Scott's numbers (25, 30, 35) would be the pull on a .5cc/iu insulin needle correct? I think I have been giving my poor starving husband to the 15 on a .5cc needle (instead of 30=150IU) thinking I mixed it 5000HCG to 5ml back water (which I have done in the past and agree is not a good way)..poor guy. I will have to adjust his dose

Divide the IUs in the vial by the ml of bac water you used.

    5,000 divided by 10 = 500 IUs per ml

divide the dose you want by the strength you just got.

    150 divided by 500 = .3 or 30

It doesn't matter if you have a 1ml/cc syringe or a .5 ml/cc syringe. It is measured the same.

So yes, if you mixed that way, you were underdosing him by half at the 15 mark.

Yes, he should feel better soon. And his losses will probably be better as well.
