Thread: IMPORTANT: your starting dose may be too high.

Thanks, I will skip tonights dose and then start back with .125 Am & .125 PM for a minimum of 4 days, I'm hoping I won't need to skip again.

So I've been on .125 in AM & .125 PM of sublingual RX for the last week on your suggestion Leez to cut the dose in 1/2 and the hunger subsided until today. I have been very hungry today from morning and into afternoon. Should I skip dose tonight and in AM again or just tonight or any other suggestions? Today is Day 19 on HCG including load days. (Down 8 lbs from before I started HCG. Still would like to lose another 4 lbs before I go into Phase 3)

Its not unusual to have to lower dose a couple of times during a round.

Skip 2 doses then lower again if your hunger is better in the evening. That will get your levels down faster and you'll be more comfortable sooner.

Hi Leez, so I did skip last night and this mornings dose, but my hunger was not much better today like it was a week ago when I skipped. I was hungry most of afternoon and even right after I had dinner. Any suggestions, I did take tonights dose at .125 but just not sure what to do next? Thanks Nyah

You might need to go up a bit. Try .15 tomorrow.

I am just starting to load today and mixed HCG per instructions... 6ML Bacteriostatic Water to 6000 units of HCG. The instructions are to draw to the 20 (on a 100 Units syringe). And that will be 30 days. Does that sound like the right dose??

No that's a high dose. That's 200 iu. I hate those potent mixes because they are hard to adjust the dose. I would drop to at least 15 units (150 iu) and maybe go down to 12.5 (125 iu)

Hello! i'm currently on P2D3 and I've been experiencing extreme hunger! (did this protocol back in 2009 with great results and no real hunger, that I recall). I reconstituted 5000iu's of hcg w/5ml bacteriostatic water and was told to fill the syringe to .2 (which I believe would be 200iu's - correct? which is way more than I took previously, which was 125iu). So I've been doing the .2 does for the last 4 days (including P1 days). The hunger was so bad yesterday evening that to keep from cheating I had to take a sleeping pill and went to bed at 7pm... this morning, I reduced the dose to .125iu. I'm wondering how long it will take for me to notice a difference? I'm really hoping that it will take effect immediately - can't stand another day like yesterday! Thanks in advance for any advice!

    Hi kdmitchell5280,
Not positive but i thought you had to mix 5000iu's w/ 10 ml bac water. Anyone?

You can mix it with 5ml, it just changes the amount you inject and the dose equals the number you see on the needle.
The dose is at 200ius which is way too high. I would skip a dose tomorrow if the hunger persisted today after lowering it to 125ius and then try 150 or 175.

@kdmitchell:Good advice from Danas, I would skip tomorrow no matter how you feel today. You need to get the levels down quickly so that you can feel better sooner. Just lowering the dose means you won't get relief for a couple-three days.

    Hi kdmitchell5280,

When I was getting super hungry, I skipped a day and then reduced my dosage down to 125 IU. I felt relief from the hunger right away after skipping and reducing. I ended up having to skip a day a week later and a week after that. I think because I was on the 250 IU for to long it just built up too much in my system. I did have good results and am now in Ph3, I didn't have to do my first Steak day for 10 days, so was pleased with my stabilization. I like you had done the HCG in past and was told to use the 125 IU and didn't have hunger, but for some reason the clinics are now recommending more. I won't do that again! Good Luck!
