Thanks Leez - unfortunately I didn't see these replies until just now (isn't it supposed to email when someone replies?) anyway, I did still feel hungry all day yesterday but not as bad as on Tues. I did take a shot this morning (125iu) - I definitely feel better but still "a bit hungry" (although it is lunch time). Should I still skip tomorrow? Thanks to all for the info and advice!

If you are still hungry by the end of the day, skip tomorrow. But if you are feeling good, then just continue.

Help! On VLCD3 and hungry/weak all day today, it's gotten much worse in the past hour or so (5 PM)- I felt great until yesterday evening (but a little better after I took my PM dose). On Trileana Rx drops, taking standard dose (166iu 2X/day). Not sure if it's because my dose is to low or too high.

Hi ThruHiker, My personal experience has been hunger is too high a dose. When I was getting really hungry, I skipped a day of HCG, hunger got better and then I started back on a reduced dose and felt much better. I am not sure about the weakness. Hopefully somebody more experienced will pipe in.

Thank you, Nyah! Do you do sublingual drops or injections? I ask b/c I had read some conflicting information that for injections, hunger is virtually always a sign of too much, but that for RX drops, it may be a different story. I'm just scared if I skip tonight and tomorrow AM, and it turns out I needed more, not less, I will pass out at work!

I did the sublingual RX drops. My dosage was 250 IU twice a day. I started out feeling great no hunger but by the end of week one I was starving. Skipped a day and then went down to 125 IU twice a day. Worked great for about a week and then had to skip again. I think I had so much built up in my system from that first week. I kept my dose at 125 IU twice per day for the rest of the 23 days. I have done sublingual before and the only time I wasn't hungry was the first time where I was started at 125 IU per day. I'm not sure why my clinic decided to double the dose, but I will never start higher than 125 IU per dose again, I would rather need to increase than to decrease. Also, If I ever do a round again I think I'll go with injections because you know exactly how much you are absorbing, with the sublingual there is discrepancy based on how long in your mouth your digestion etc. Hope my insight helps you. When I did skip, I skipped the night and the morning dose, then went back to the lower dose the following evening. let me know what happens for you, I am curious.

I skipped my dose last night and am skipping this morning as well, and I think I feel better. I still got some intermittent hunger pangs overnight but am not nearly as miserable as I was yesterday afternoon/evening. I will report back this evening to let you know what happens.

When my dose is really way too high it takes a full day of no hcg to feel better (on inj).

Yup - skipped a full day of doses and am definitely doing better today.

Thank you SO much for this post! I'm on RX injections R1P2D4 and hanging on by my fingernails at 25-20 dose: weak, shaky, fatigued. I researched extensively. Best local doctor program doses at 25. Nu Image doses patients at 20 (what I bought). I will lower my dose starting tomorrow.

Don't just lower your dose. Do a skip day. If you just lower the dose, it will take up to 3 days to feel better. Skipping a day lowers your levels quickly, so you get relief that day. And since high doses can also be responsible for poor losses, your loss can speed up faster too.

Thank you, I'll skip tomorrow. Do you recommend 125 or 150 when resuming? I am 5'2", with 25 lb loss goal. Lost 5 in first two days.
