    So today has been difficult, my family went to this Asian restaurant to eat. I did ok, I had sashimi which is raw fish, my father made me try a piece of sushi...but I’ll admit it was sooooooooo good. (Just had one piece I promise!) Then I had to go get some lean meat at the store and had two sticks of a kit Kat bar. :-/ I hope this does not affect my losses. Has anyone cheated before on P2?

    Also good job everyone keep up the good work...

    Hey Msschelle! I started taking 6 drops 6 times a day and I take them 3 hours apart. That seemed to do the trick...how much are you wanting to lose?

    Hi everyone! Just want to warn you my post will be a bit tmi but I have to ask a question...

    So far I have eaten 1 orange drank 2 classes of water and had some melba toast. I also noticed I started my period...which when I have them they are very very light like spotting, this one seems a little more than that. I have barely had periods so I really dont know all the symptoms that come along with. After I ate part of my toast I vomited up my orange....

    On a side note I also took a multivitamen last night well started taking them two days ago...I heard these can make you sick on HCG...ideas, thoughts, help anyone?

    I get sick on vitamins with and without hcg. It's the B vitamins. Some people just can't swallow them. If you ever get pregnant they will have you take horse pill B vitamins. I could never hack them. You could look for a sunlingual vitamin. They absorb right away, and don't have to go through the stomach.

    There are liquid multi vitamins, too. I dilute a daily dose in water and add a touch of stevia and pretend I'm drinking a healthy fruit punch.

    If you're doing injections, you can get the inj B12; I've read you can add this to your injection mix. I don't have a problem swallowing pills (I usually swallow all of what I take a day in one gulp... makes my husband cringe), just passing on some info. I do like liquid multi vitamins though.

    Jonesy geeze that is no good do you still feel sick, Maybe you need to take the vitamins after your lunch on a fuller stomach.

    I get nauseous if I take any vitamins without food, hope your feeling better

    Well, I am very sad to say....yes, I have cheated in P2 : ( I went with my family to watch the fight yesterday at a local sports bar and grill. We were there about five hours total...I ate and I had a few drinks. I don't know why my resolve is so low this weekend! Really? Day 2 and already cheating? What does that mean for me on Day 25? Grrr.... Ok, so I did try to be good...I ordered a grilled bufallo chicken wrap with a side of grilled veggies (zuckine, squash and onions) and asked for no oil or dressing....didn't eat the wrap/tortilla but it had cheese in it....I tried to eat around the cheese but....the veggies seemed to have oil....then I had like threee vanilla vodka and diet cokes too! I was down a pound this morning but we will see what the results are the next few days....boo on me!!!1

    Hi Jonsey!
    Im taking the drops like the directions say - 10 drops, 3x's a day.
    Im hoping for at least a 40+ weight lose. HOPE, HOPE, HOPE! I have to add that cute little ticker.

    You said your taking a multivitamin? I thought I read no over the counter pills - which I assumed meant vitamins too?

    I am also new to all of this HCG. I did first load day on Jan 31. Started my 500 cal diet on Feb 2nd. Today is low cal diet day #5 and I am down 11 lbs from my start weight. Have bunches more to loose. I am doing IM injections and the nausea is really bad at times but I am NEVER giving this up. I am not going to give myself a shot everyday and then cheat. I am having a hard time eating everything that I am supposed to eat due to the nausea. But I will never complain about 11 lbs down. Thanks for all of your posts, they are very encouraging.

    Brand new here - first post! I am on VLCD 2 with hHCG working with a naturopath....reading like mad to stay out of the superbowl party in the livingroom! Managed not to eat 1 bite of it (even while helping cook it). Live with hubby and 3 kids...hubby supportive and I think will start doing HCG with me in a few days.
    Some headache, bit of nausea, not hungry but missing food for sure. Amazing how big a role food has in my life! Wondering how I will make it to day 43!

    Start weight 260, after load 264.8, now 259.2
    Have my ticker tracking what I want to lose in this round - 100 + looked too depressing today!

    I am also a newbie: I started the vlcd on 1/31 and was expecting my monthly "gift" approx 10 days away. I didn't weigh myself until this morning (day 7 of vlcd) because I didn't want to be discouraged if I wasn't losing. My "gift" came early and I have only lost 2.5 pounds as of this morning (day 2 of period)! This is distressing because it seems like everyone loses SO much the first week! I have been following the diet carefully but for the past 2 days I have been really hungry and fighting it. I can only assume my low loss and hunger is maybe contributed to my period? Has anyone else had this happen (bad timing starting program)? I hope the next week goes better...
