Starting VLCD tomorrow - 2/24/14 - Injections

Hi. I have posted a few times in areas that I cannot seem to get back to. I am a literate computer person, just not a thread finding/post grabbing/locate expert!! haha. I am completing loading today. I tried this last year to much success and this winter I ate and ate and put some weight back on. I am doing injections. Round 1, I guess we will call it. I am on my last loading day today. I hate putting on weight during these days when the goal is to lose it, but I understand it is necessary.

I am looking for the sweet/spicy chili recipe I made last Spring. Someone on here provided it. It was delish!
I am looking for how to add the weight loss ticker to my profile.
I am looking for info on how to be able to return to my postings. Maybe since I started a thread, it will be easier?
I am looking for people who might be starting the same time as I am.

Anyway.. glad to hear you are just starting congratz! I'll be loading Tuesday so I'm right behind ya.
As far as the ticker I use one from:http://www.tickerfactory.com/ezticke...r_designer.php

it gives you everything you need to post with it in your signature.

Yeah! I'm starting another round today too! Today is Day 1 of VLCD for me. Going for 40 days. I can't wait to see a drop on the scale tomorrow because I feel so yucky and bloated after loading! I'm actually looking forward to eating LESS today!

I am starting today too. Day 1 vlcd. I had lost 25 lbs in the past with hcg but gained it all back :-(. I am not going to do that this time.

Looking for diet buddies for this 40 day journey.
Gained 3 lbs from loading and had fun doing it. Really need this program to give me hope in self control again. Have had many diet failures over the last few year. Ready for a new start.

Hi everyone. I am on VLCD 3 today. Lost 3.4 yesterday and another 2.2 today. TOM came yesterday, thought I had another week. I am on RX subq for 40 days.
