Subcutaneous Injection Mixing Instructions

I am new, and probably going to sound really dumb. I just bought the book pounds and inches, but want to order my hcg so I have it on time while I do my studies further.
Anyways, my husband and I are both doing this diet. I need to lose 60 pounds, he is out to lose 45 pounds. He will probably only do one round, I am considering 2 rounds.
How much should I order? I've read some things...the one forum says don't buy 10,000 iu unless sharing, so if we both do it it is cheaper to buy 3 viles of 10,000 iu instead of 6 5,000? How do we figure out our dosage, to know? We are doing sub lingual drop, no injections because we're both kind of squeamish. I am sure this would all be contained in the book, but I need to know how much to order. It has a shelf life of a year, but if you get 10,000 iu you have to mix all 10,000 iu? I'm also not used to iu or cc, so I am trying to wrap my head around it all but I have read the post about 4 times and am still a little confused.

When I first started reading the forum I planned on taking 150iu to start, but then I read that was the starting dose for IM injections. I'm doing subq, and someone (I think it was Grammy actually) posted that 200iu was a good starting dose for subq injections? *confusing* I'll head to the threads you mentioned and get some clarification.

I have been scouring the boards and internet and was hoping someone can help me out! Do you mix the same for sublingual as you do for injections? I can't seem to find a straight answer anywhere. I will be doing sublingual. Also - the kit I ordered from escrow comes with b-12 and silver - but do you no longer use these to mix? You only use B.Water?

And for sublingual I should start my dose as 166IU twice a day - correct?

Any clarification is much appreciated! I'm so confused!

This is what I have found, but I have also been told to use sodium chloride. So if your kit comes with b-12 and c.silver I would use that.

Ok, I am not new here, in fact this is r5 for me, but it might as well be r1 cause I gained all the weight I had previously lost. I am looking forward. Now last time I was using 2000 premixed and adding 3ml but now now I purchased 5000 so I have been adding 7 1/2 (double of what I was using) but now that I am reading this thread it seems I haven't
been diluting it enough. Also I have been using 3 ml IM needles and been filling to the second line (1/4 on 1 ml)
Please let me know if I am doing this correctly. I am losing but at a slower rate then before, and I am no more hungry then before. But I want to be doing this correctly and not losing good fat. Thanks in advance.

You guys are so helpful. I think I'm pretty clear on mixing and dosing instructions. My question is more...logistical? I want to know the best way to accomplish 2 43-3 day rounds. I was thinking of purchasing the Corion 500 powder, but see it will only make for 28 days. From what I understand, the mix will lose potency after 21 days, and I risk the loss of potency beyond that. Does anyone have suggestions for the best way to accomplish this goal?? Any information would be appreciated. If payment is required, I will gladly sacrifice my first born to lose these 150 pounds I have packed on...Thanks for your help!

I'm new to all this. I get my syringes pre-filled from my RE but it costs me $100 weekly to go in and see him. I have 2-10,000 IU of Novarel and want to mix those and do the dosage myself and save the $100 weekly cost to go to my RE. From what I read I mix 1ml to powder and then add that to 19 ml?? Is this correct? Also he has me on 125 dosage so that would be 30 on a insulin needle?? Sorry I just don't want to mess this up..

I have posted this elsewhere and not gotten an answer. Is anyone available to answer?

I have a refrigerated opened vial of bacterialstatic water that is 22 days old. Can I use the remainder to mix up a new batch of hCG if the new batch will need to last another 20 days? I know BW only lasts 30 days once opened, but I don't know if it lasts longer once mixed with hCG.
Can someone please answer as I don't want to ruin a new batch if it is only going to last 8-10 days.

I have the 2000 hucog vial and am using that vial as my mixing vial (bc there is room from what i understand).

Since it's powder...that means i draw 4cc bac water and add to the hcg vial and then roll the vial slowly to mix? Then I take my insulin needles, and get them pre-loaded? so get to 30 units to equal 150 hcg? do I just do a weeks worth of needles at a time, or do it every morning ? wondering if every morning is best since I'm not sure if i'll need more or less than 150? thanks for any imput!
