Personally, I would not mix the B12 into the solution. I would mix it separately and then take it orally (sublingually) in the dose you wish to administer, or as a separate injection.

Generally when suppliers like NuImage send you B12 to use as your mixing medium, it has already been mixed with bacteriostatic water, so it is diluted to a certain dose. You would need to calculate your dose as mixed with your daily dose of HCG. The amount would be part of your total mixing ratio. You need to mix partly with bacteriostatic water so that there is something preserving the B12.

It is safe to mix it in, but some think that it can cause the HCG to degrade faster. The B12 won't make much difference for you unless you are already deficient. Also, what if you find out you can't take that particular B12 form or are using the wrong dose? You would need to remix.

Here is a forum discussion on B12 mixing you might find interesting.
Using only B12 mixed with HCG powder??? Can this be right?

Unfortunately I was not informed that I needed to refrigerate my HCG after it was mixed! It has been out on my counter for 9 days! Is it still good, or is it worthless? I'm devastated that I might have been doing all this for this long using non-potent HCG. Thank you all for your help!

I answered on the topic you started:
Did not refrigerate HCG after mixing

It is generally good for 3-4 days at room temperature after mixing. However, it is possible that yours could still be effective if you are in a cooler climate. To find out, get a pregnancy test and put a full dose on the text area. If you get any kind of positive, the HCG is still good.
If you have further questions, we can use that other topic to discuss. Good luck!

    Hi there
I have a dosing question. Don't slap me! I didn't read here before mixing Nuimage so I did what it told me to do.
    NuImage
    1/2 ml syringe
    1:1 ratio (5ml with 5000iu)
    Inject about 9am

I've been injecting 125 (12.5 on needle) as that was my standard comfortable dose for years. I AM Still STARVING here on day 6 and cant get past it.
Not really hungry in the morning but CRAZY Hungry after 6pm
Ive read a few entries here and there that NuImage is potent which is why its recommended to mix with 10ml?
Suggestions obviously after a skip day? And also going to waste a shot on a pregnancy test tonight.

Im not grasping some of the other posts about Nuimage and potency with that mixing becomes hard to tweak the dosing.

    THANK YOU

NuImage HCG is not any stronger than anyone elses. But mixing 1:1 is the potent RATIO that we are warning against. That is what makes it harder to adjust dose, because you are already working with such a small amount. And you can't be sure you are getting close to the dose you want, because some is left in the needle. The more concentrated the mixture is, the more you lose in the needle.

But its ok, you can still be successful mixing that way. Its just easier to work with a bigger volume. Dr. Simeons mixed 5000iu with 20ml.

So, if you were hungrier after noon to early evening on your skip day you will need to raise your dose to 150iu the following day. If your hunger went away during that time, you would lower your dose to 100iu.

Yup - today was so much more manageable. I could give or take food today and it was so easy and almost euphoric around lunch time.
Im getting a little hungry as dinner time rolls around. Lower dose down to 100?

    Lower dose down to 100?
    Yes.

A little hunger at regular meal times is normal, should go away once you have your dinner.
