Yes, first you need to find out what exactly is the dose in IUs that you are taking per day.
If it is 500iu, that is an super high dose.
Doses both too high and too low can cause extreme hunger.
For orally administered liquid HCG, you generally take twice the daily dose for RX injections, but split into two doses, 12 hours apart. Unfortunately dose adjustments are very difficult with pellets or troches. Some have had success with liquifying pellets and dosing the resulting liquid orally. That may be an option that could be explored.
So if you did well on 125iu previously, your oral HCG dose would be 250iu per day, split into two doses.
You can test liquid HCG for potency with a drug store pregnancy test, but I don't know a reliable way to check potency on a troche.
