    Exclamation not sure whats up

    Hello Everyone!!!
I started the Diet for the first time 35 days ago with the hcg drops. I have lost a total of 15.0 lb. But the last week has been very frustrating up a lb. down a
pound!!! Ive extended the days of my first phase hopefully to loose a little more. But no Success!! ive been stuck between a 15lb lose to 16.0 lb.
I have two friends that lost 30+ but with the shots and they cheat!!! Im so faithful to the diet 100% do not know what else it can be. I purchase everything by the book even organic!
Yesterday I tried a little aerobics with the wii game 'Just dance' only about 15 minutes to brake a sweat and I gained a pound! I stopped the Melba toast last week now im going to avoid the grissinis too ;//
Do I continue or should I take a break?
Should I do the shots are they really stronger?

Thank you in advance for any advice or input!!

Welcome to the diet wars! LOL

You are stuck in a stall. We hate those, but they are very normal and common. Re-read the protocol for encouragement about what is happening in a stall. If you take your measurements, perhaps you will discover you have lost inches.

About the only thing you can do to break a stall is wait it out. However, cutting out the bread and 1 fruit works for a lot of us. Try that before anything else.

Exercise can make you gain, as well as sunburn and hot days and TOM-- all water retention.

If you are not struggling with hunger, your type of HCG is working fine.

Make sure you get enough water and sleep.

Hormones, age, gender, food sensitivity issues can all be factors including how much you have to lose. If you don't have a lot to lose, it slows down.

    Hang in there!
Just read Weight Loss Apocalypse which gave me new resolve.
Currently getting back to the ticker weight.
