    Question blacking out ALOT!

Every single time I get up I black out I don't know what's wrong but it seems to be getting worse I'm a vegetarian who doesn't eat dairy and this is what I've been eating almost every day: apple with cinnamon &tea-P2 chili-salad quorn nakid chickin cutlet and an orange or strawberries-tea and I chew gum all day otherwise I would die from cravings but should I add something to my diet to quit blacking out??

Do you eat eggs? If yes, 1 whole egg and 3 egg whites. Might try some protein shakes.

Are you getting enough salt? You're probably drinking way more water on this diet than you usually do, and you're getting less salt because you're eating less food. That can put your water/salt balance off.
So make sure to salt your food.

No I don't eat eggs either :/ and I have been drinking a ton of water and I becaume addicted to salt for some reason I guess from drinking all the water but I put salt on EVERYTHING so idno...maybe ill add a protein shake. If I add a protein shake that just counts as my protein right?? I can still eat a salad or veggie
    with my shake?

I was drinking too much water at first and was feeling very faint. I lowered my water intake and added a potassium supplement and almost immediately felt better. You may be drinking too much water and flushing all your electrolytes.

you need to go to a dr if you are blacking out. you shouldn't be blacking out on this. also if you are starving while on hcg then your dose is wrong or you have a bad batch. hope you get it sorted soon.

    Re: blacking out ALOT!

If you mean you are dizzy when you get up that means you have low blood pressure upon standing, it can be from a low heart rate (which is good if you're in shape). I have it because I'm hypothyroid. Just get up slower. If you're really blacking out then that's a bigger problem.

I also get light headed from standing up too quickly and have learned to slow down when dieting.
I have also started adding liquid electrolytes to my daily water. I drink a gallon a day and add 40 drops to the gallon every morning.

I got mine on sale at a local grocery store.

If this is more than occasional low blood pressure from going from a sitting or other stationary position to upright, you really should go see a Doctor.

Yes you still eat your salad and veggies with it.

I agree with renec, you may need a potassium supplement because you may be flushing your electrolytes out of your system. If you are adding so much salt to everything, this may be why.

Try drinking water with electrolytes (also try B12 and potassium supplements).

It sounds like you are craving salt, which might mean your body sodium level is low. I'd cut down on the water a bit, add a potassium supplement, and a magnesium supplement. What's in the cutlet you eat? Are you getting enough protein daily?

I got dizzy fell down and hit my head 2 times in the beginning and also got dizzy and caught myself a few more times before i decided to go to Rx HCG, and it never happened again..I kinda think my drops were bad, and I was in starvation mode. Not really sure, but it was fixed once I changed over. I remembered the feeling from when I was eating a can of soup a day or when I was eating once every 2 days when I was young..Happened to me alot then..also happened to me when my blood pressure got very low for a while. When it was blood pressure my Mom used to tell me to eat salt, so maybe that has something to do with it.

Started at 179 (5'3") June 5th 2010. Lost 40 pounds eating no sugar, flour, wheat, rice, or dairy, and eating 2 times a day breakfast and lunch. Stalled at 138 for 4 months then decided to do HCG.
