My mom had asked me about the hcg hormone with menopausal symptoms. She seems to be on and off menopause symptoms for quite a long time now. She'll not have her period for months and then get it, she cannot get a good night's sleep usually, and she has many hot and cold flashes randomly all the time. She was asking me if hcg is safe and effective for menopause? I am researching it and I believe it is, but I want opinions from many other people here as well. She doesn't want to really be on the diet, however, just the hormone for the symptoms.
