I`m totally off this particular supplement for several month now, I only took it for 2-3 month at the start of my treatment with this doctor. I`m taking others on a regular bases and continued to do so while on P2 without any issues.
Five weeks into P3 (P3 for life) I`m happy to report my weight is exactly as it was on the last dose day, yet I lost some % of body fat. Hope I can keep it up, I`m entering into a rough patch at work right now, hope I can avoid the ill effects of stress on my body.

The flagged results were eve and night, but none of my results are in the optimal range. I prefer to avoid prescription meds like hydrocortisone. Any suggestions re: which supplements and how to take them? i.e., do I need something 4x/day to raise all my levels throughout the day?

    Thank you!!

How do I take a salivary cortisol test? I am curious about my levels. And, I do take Levoxyll for Hypothyroid which just had to be increased. I'd like to get off this Citilopram as well. I would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks!

Is hydrocortisone different to prednisone? I took pred at a very high dose for two years and gained 60lb. If it is different will ask my doctor for a script.

Prednisone is very different from what we are talking about here. When you are supporting your adrenals, you take a very small dose of hydrocortisone a couple of times a day for a few months before weaning off. You need someone who knows what they are doing with it though, not casual discussion from a post on the internet. A functional medicine doctor could help you. None of us here are doctors.

My endocrinologist told me to wait it out.. He also advised me to keep thyroid medication in the fridge. Such a waste of 4 hours of my life. I will go to a natural doctor and see if I can get a compounded form of it. Thanks for your help.

Most endos are useless. They are still using what they learned 50 years ago.
