    Hi
Im just wondering if anyone has used Zija [Moringa Oleifera ] in conjunction with the HCG protocol?
It's a plant that contains over 90 nutrients and has 46 antioxidents and all the essential amino acids.
The drinks mix's do contain some cane sugar [ 4g ] but was wondering if a fruit [or both] was excluded if it would be ok?
They also have a tea that is supposedly very effective for a BM in the a.m.
I have a g/f who sells it and wants me to try it.
I just started my R4 VLC 3 today

TWACY--I have not tried it, but have had it at the back of my mind because I run my sister's vitamin store and I've heard good things about it. And being a vegetarian, I like the fact that it is a complete protein. We carry a capsule form of it that contains no sugar. You might try that...not sure if it would work the same for the BM as the tea. If you try it, please post to let us know your results.

    I love my essential oils!
The most important thing today is that I feel good.

so, does this add scent to the shampoo or body spray? I'm sorry if I'm sounding dumb...you guys are teaching me a lot here. .

I LOVE them too, but I am afraid to use them while in P2 even though they should be ok to use. Do you use them in P2?

Oh yes, it adds scent. That is really what they are there for in things like that, although they do have therapeutic properties to them too.

ILuvKats, yes it adds scent, but also there are therapeutic benefits to them too, like HCGRocks said. (I'm an EO distributor and educator).

I like using lavender to help soften my hair. I've also used one with lemon and other citrus in it and it seems to be bringing out the blonde highlights.

A word of caution though, DON'T USE DURING P2!! Ask me how I know?!?! I usually lose at least 10 pounds my first week of P2 and last round I thought I'd try to keep using my oils (I love them), but, it wasn't good. I only had a 2 pound loss the first week.

I only have a one week trial pack..so far I have used the drink mixes on the days I worked out and omit my fruit those days since they contain a bit of sugar [unprocessed]
I take the XM extreme caps in am and pm
Today is VLCD4 and I am down 3.4 pounds.
I was not going to weigh at all this round due to the mental toll it took on me last time, but decided to weigh weekly instead.
I needed to know if Zija was effecting me adversely.apparently not I checked my journal and I am right on target with past losses.
I do feel a lot better this 4 th round. I think I finally got my dosage right ! 4 times the charm, although I am a wee bit hungry but will also try to up protein since I am cutting out fruits, that should help
Can't say if Zija is aiding in my well being as it is still a bit early.
If I take it longer than this trial pack I will keep this thread updated

hcgcheerleader: Thanks for that info. I can be an essential oil junkie at times and it has been hard for me to go without...but now I know I must. When I get a headache I usually reach for the oils! I went to your website to check out what oils you do, and I was correct on my guess. I use YL too. I have to say YOU have made an AMAZING transformation!! YOU LOOK AWESOME!!

HCGRocks, I'm an oil junkie too! That's why I decided to try using them in P2 last time. Like you, if I get a headache I reach for my oils and within 10-15 minutes it's gone. Thanks SOOO much for the compliment! HCG really does rock! LOL!

Twacy, thanks for the update! Keep us posted!
