40-day round of HCG eating only meat? (carnivore / lion diet influenced)

**** Yes I'm familiar with the original protocol and what may happen if going off of it, I've been on this forum for 10+ years, that being said:

I've decided to do a 40-day round, cutting out everything except the protein portions.

I'll only be eating 3.5oz/100 grams of meat per day for P2.

For P3, I know I'm supposed to eat 1,500 calories for 3 weeks, just to clarify, it no longer has to be lean meat correct? Fatty meat is now ok?

If anyone has any thoughts or other guidance on doing a 100% meat-based HCG round let me know, please?

Please let me know how it's going for you! I would love to know! I was just thinking about this as my hubby is looking to go Carnivore again, and I would like to join him. But not if it is going to derail my progress.

Thats a minimum of 1500 calories, and definitely, all kinds of fatty meats are not only allowed but encouraged. You need to keep calories up in P3. The 1500 calorie number is not in the protocol, it just developed as a suggested guideline so that people would not undereat in P3.

I believe that it was suggested on the forums here that you can increase your protein to 4oz when not adding the grissini/melba toast so maybe you can increase your protein, as long as you stay under 500cals?
