    bone broth shakes

wanted to see if this type of product would harm my program?
I went on a lindora medical WL program and i just can't afford all the processed food /bars etc,
I like to keep to a good program that i am on now and make progress. At least i can
get the vitamin B shots to support my system and do my own lipo shots i ordered on my own.

Bone broth would just be a different protein source in your shakes other than say whey or eggwhite protein. As long as no sugar or carbs are added to it, and macros is the same, it should work the same way.

The Lindora program seems to be a ketogenic diet. The HCG diet does not require ketosis to work. I notice you did quite well in the past with HCG---your posts indicate an 80 pound loss over 2 rounds. Are you finding keto dieting better suited for you?
