    This was smoked, similar taste to salmon but I think less fatty.

    Misr - What about beef? Do you like that? I made a Texas Dirty Rice recipe I found here somewhere with 90% ground beef yesterday and it was really good. And, get this, -2 this morning. I over ate in calories and fats were pretty high but kept carbs super low, 627 14 29 73 and at certain points I felt really full and gross, but I'm absolutely loving the results. Just realized, I'm -3.5 from my preload weight in 4 days. Yay me! I'm very happy and I'm celebrating right here with you this early am. Thanks for your support. I"m here for you too. Let's keep motivating each other and bringing new ideas to keep us in the game, ok? xoxo

    Congrats!! You got this! The results are very rewarding!! It's funny you say this but I went to the store and bought beef last night with lettuce.... Today I was 2 pounds down BTW!! And for my lunch I made a Taco burger wrap... Just seasoned my beef with cumin,salt and pepper.I chopped up onions and garlic.cilantro. And I cooked a patty.. I did add a tiny scoop of fat free sour cream though :/....but OMG I hadn't had anything that good in 2 weeks lol... It doesn't sound that long but it certainly feels like its been a month!! Well see tomorrow what my weight is... I drank a ton of water last night so I think that contributed to my weight loss this morning! That's after eating salmon too.. Which I'd rather eat beef... I hear it stalls people so we shall see! Keep up the good work!! You're strong and you got the power!!!     Misr that's fantastic! I have a very good feeling about this. For both of us. Your burger wrap sounds amazing. The dirty rice thing I made was similar only with ground beef, cabbage and fresh garlic and onion powder, to keep the carbs down, plus cumin, chili, s & p and something spicy, can't remember what. I think if you eat higher fat you have to eat very, low carb, under 20 grams. 2.0 allows up to 30 grams, so on chicken and fresh fish days can have more veggies, right?

    I would assume that's right. I used to follow reddit keto forum and I actually lost 20 pounds just by doing mostly keto.. Not all... So this sounds like it makes sense especially if you're still losing.. And that sounds deliciously great! I forgot I got some Chili's in my cabinet!!!

    Did you do it? -2? I'm rooting for you! I'll bet you lose it faster than you gained it. I can tell, you're focused on your outcome!

    -.5 this morning, I'll take it, especially because when I woke up this morning, I wasn't hungry, which is so not like me, so the hcg must have kicked in. I had coffee with almond milk and a chai tea with almond milk yesterday and I've only been having coffee to help with the hunger, so that might have had something to do with only -.5, or it's just because. I'm thinking now that the hcg has kicked in, I won't need the coffee and can skip the almond milk, except for "just when I must have something creamy".

    What kind og hcg are you using and how do you like it? Is it keeping hunger away?

    I haven't weighed myself.I had a cheat meal yesterday and my stomach is hurting to badly! I know I've gained or stalled... I ate something that I've eaten before on hcg and I was fine so I felt since I "couldn't" cook last night ID eat it again.. ... so I dunno what's going on with my stomach but it hurts and I felt like it was worth it to have something good yesterday but it was not! I have a suspected food allergy so this does help me narrow it down to that or ibs. But I will weigh myself in about 15 minutes. And I'm just ready to know!!and move on.. I'm still doing well.. That ground beef is so good.. I take the hcg drops.

    It does keep my hunger away but not the cravings.. My cravings are very strong. Some days I just wanna eat a big meal and dessert. Mostly dessert..so sweets are what I struggle with.. I am a little rogue... And I do eat a little something (I won't share what it is cuz its bad lol) at times. It's hasn't stalled me... But I definitely definitely have been giving in to my cravings and it sucks because almost everything I eat off hcg, gives me a stomach ache.. I still don't know what it is and I'd like to know.. But of course the best way to find out what it is is just to follow the protocol that way whatever it Is I don't eat... But I definitely gotta figure it out on round 3 because I don't wanna gain and if something I'm eating is causing these stalls. And stomach aches..I just shouldn't eat it.. I often keep eating it so I can figure out what exactly is causing these problems.. But truth is... Unless I cook every day.. I truly won't know what it is that's causing these symptoms.. And it kinda saddens me but.. I guess that's just something I gotta live with... It's better than being diabetic or having high blood pressure where I would have no choice but to eat certain things... So I dunno Wat I'm gonna do for food today.. I don't even really feel like eating
