    Morning!!!

    How is everyone doing??

    Day 1 159.9
    Day 2 158.2 -1.7
    Day 3 157.5 -.7
    Day 4 157.1 -.4

    Argg rest of my post got eaten!! Was just saying I'm cutting back on the protein. It's just too much and there's really no downside to eating less - it's not like P3 where you can gain from eating less.

    I have a class this morning (Wed and Fri) it's an interval training/weight/cardio class and it's BRUTAL lol. Probably on these days I will up my protein to make up for it - I exercise almost every day but not as intense as these classes. I'm 45 and fighting all the downward forces of gravity on my body lol.

    I finished my first month of JUDDD today. Lost 10.2 lbs, not bad for only dieting every other day. Gotta say I still love it. It's so easy to stick to. Anything I want I know I can have the next day so there's no real temptation to go off plan. My body has adapted so I just fast on my down days now with pretty much no hunger or have progresso light soup for 100 cal if I do get hungry. On up days I don't count calories anymore I just eat whatever I want, I don't count calories or anything. Obviously I don't binge eat or anything but if I want it, I eat it, doesn't matter what it is. It's awesome.

    I figure the next months will be slower at probably 4-5lbs per month but that still gets me to goal. Better to get to get there with something I can live with long term and be happy that something I know I can't stick to.

    Hope everyone else is doing well with their plans. Keep it up

    That's awesome Poo! I will have to check into this JUDDD diet. It is starting to sound better to me. I really want to get to a place where I don't have to count calories, and I get to indulge once in a while. Maybe that's what P4 will look like for me. Keep us posted!
    Jo- I don't think I ALWAYS eat all my protein. I just eat it when I'm hungry. Like you, I exercise a lot. (M-F) I take boot camp in a hot yoga room 3 days, spin & hot yoga the other 2 days. I am 51, and I hear you about fighting gravity!!!

    Poobear: sounds like you have found a system that works for you! Congrats!

    We ate dinner early last night at 4:30...so by 8 I was wanting something...I settled with a glass of tomato juice with salt and pepper....it seemed to do the trick as far as satisfaction....have no idea carb level tho...

    Very cool day! Love it! Gray skies, breezy...rain and need it!

    Uhh Poobears that sounds DIVINE. 10 pounds in a month is AMAZING really. Is this something that I would be able to do after a round of HCG?? I guess in P4 or after? I would love to want something and eat it every now and again

    Yeah you can definitely do it after hcg. In fact there's some one over there now (on the JUDDD board I'm on) that just finished a round of hcg and is trying to get a little more off before vaca. I see a lot of people mention they've done hcg previously. They are all doing well with it. I won't list all the food I eat but lets just say nothing is off limits no matter how bad it is. I just don't eat a lot of it I try to stick to serving sizes and I fill up fast now so that helps.

    Where is the link for the article about low calorie diets that was posted here?

    Hi, there was a really cool link someone posted in this thread about how participants actually responded and behaved on a low calorie diet with no hcg (like personality changes, depression, etc.). I read it but have no idea which page out of hundreds it was posted on. Does that ring a bell? Thank you so much.

    Definitely going to look into Judd after HCG Poobears!! I LOVE food. I honestly don't want to go the rest of my life not being able to enjoy a cheeseburger and poutine

    Happy Wednesday!!

    So yesterday I had my class in the am - By 12:30 I had had an egg with egg whites, protein shake with almond milk and tuna with MCT mayo. After running some errands I found myself feeding the kids dinner at 4:30 then rushing out the door for hockey without eating dinner!! I usually plan better than that lol. SOOO dropped son off at hockey and took daughter across the street to the convenience store to see if I could get a pack of almonds (not a great choice but better than most of whats in the convenience store lol). ANYWAY!! Nope no almonds but then I remembered that Diet soda (which I NEVER drink) is allowable and I figured that would help (actually I wasn't even hungry but I knew I had 2 hours of hockey so I was worried) so I bought a diet Dr. Pepper - WOW they are good lol. Did the trick and I wasn't even hungry when I got home so I didn't bother eating - down 1 pound Geeze hope I don't get addicted to Diet Dr Pepper now!!

    Robin- I use GFC drops. This round I am trying their "Round 2" drops which are supposed to be stronger. I take 8-10 3x day. No hunger whatsoever. I've lost 7 in 2 weeks, with a few cheat meals... (Mexican!!) and cocktails (vodka or wine) a couple times per week (4-5!!) still losing slowly which is expected with me being so close to goal and cheating. I'm pretty happy with 2.0!

    Hi all! day 20 on 2.0...so it is measurement day...

    lost anther half inch of total circumference of thighs and belly button area....so that is good...still heading in the right direction...just not fast enough..LOL! at this rate it will be a 50 day round instead of a 40 day round. But really I won't complain...or try not to.

    1/2' every 10 days is not bad...and no stress over the scale and the ups and downs that come with it.
