I finished my first month of JUDDD today. Lost 10.2 lbs, not bad for only dieting every other day. Gotta say I still love it. It's so easy to stick to. Anything I want I know I can have the next day so there's no real temptation to go off plan. My body has adapted so I just fast on my down days now with pretty much no hunger or have progresso light soup for 100 cal if I do get hungry. On up days I don't count calories anymore I just eat whatever I want, I don't count calories or anything. Obviously I don't binge eat or anything but if I want it, I eat it, doesn't matter what it is. It's awesome.
I figure the next months will be slower at probably 4-5lbs per month but that still gets me to goal. Better to get to get there with something I can live with long term and be happy that something I know I can't stick to.
