    I've had to cut out the tomatoes in my salads too. I miss them. And they make the salad look prettier too, lol.

    I have a garden and my tomatoes (roma) are just starting to ripen, so I can't resist one small tomato every day they are available. My salads are very colorful with red cabbage, spring onions, and the rest is greens. Roasted red peppers are nice for color too and fewer carbs.

    I think I have officially switched to hcg 2.0. The guidelines are (in my mind!):
    - calculate your protein cals per day as 40% of your BMR. For me this is 800 cals! Just for protein!
    - keep carbs under 30 per day
    - up to 1T MCT or CO per MEAL
    - mixing veggies is fine
    - lotions, etc, no restriction
    - eat some protein first thing in the morning. Mine is 3 egg whites sprinkled with salt, pepper, and lots of turmeric.
    I have the egg whites and coffee with 1 T CO for breakfast
    Then a huge spinach, cabbage, cilantro, etc, etc salad for lunch with my new dressing recipe (equal parts softened CO, ACV, Balsamic vinegar, process with a stick blender to emulsify. Serving = 3T)
    And good size protein servings. They have a calculation for protein: Protein grams / (fat grams + carb grams) = X. You want X to be as high as possible but at least above 3.
    For me this adds up to about 1160 allowed cals, just for protein and fats.

    So the day before yesterday I dropped a lb, and again today I dropped one. 16 lbs total in 25 vlcds. It does seem that I had a stall, but it was really just trying different things trying to fine tune. I'm hopeful I can continue like this for awhile!

    That sounds great LynneR! And I think it works because the carbs are so low. The carbs you are getting are from veggies. I like the protein and fat calc.

    I'm on homeopathic drops (AnuMed eHCG), and I am mostly not hungry. I had three egg whites for breakfast around 9, and nothing else until 7 pm.

    Thank you! Yes, I am pretty happy with it too. My carbs are supposed to be low, but I don't think of them as super low. I eat two HUGE salads each day (2 cups spinach, 2 cups cabbage mix, each meal), and I think the balsamic has 5 carbs per T. I like the calc too, because it helps you get a lot more to eat, since the higher cal meats would be at the lower end so you get less oz. The only fat is supposed to be in the protein, and in the CO/MCT. I'm pinching myself.

    I know this is an older post @poobears but wondering if you're still liking JUDD? Also curious if you used HCG drops or shots while doing JUDD or just did JUDD? Thanks!

    Ok guys, just finished my siesta round. 14 lbs down. I feel better. Still have about 10 to lose. It's all steroid induced weight because of my back. But siesta isn't letting me down. Yay! :-)

    Dosing during Siesta Beach

    I have read Soesta Beach and decided that I am going to give it a try. But...I am vlcd6 & have been dosing at 150iu. My question is to those that have tried SB & been successful (iluvkats!!) did you follow his dosing instruction of 200iu?? And if so, is it too late for me 2 try this?

    Honey, I'm home. I've been off Hcg. Had lots of cortisone. Had knee surgery May 24th. Time to get off the weight I gained in the last year before fall comes and I'm walking around butt naked because I refuse to buy bigger jeans. As always I prefer Siesta to POP but I will see how it goes. Probably getting cortisone in both knees this week which may slow me down. I'm using Bodyshaper Real Rx drops. Probably 2x a day. Less mess at work. Mini loaded yesterday with fats. Starting today August 1st because it makes it so easy to remember what day I'm on.

    I just joined this group and started my first HCG injection today. I was wondering if anyone was having luck with this plan!!
