    HCG & Siesta Beach

    OK since I'm hanging out at about 4-5 pounds above LIW, I figured why not give it a try?? Heck, I pretty much eat siesta anyway…..I have some drops left over from a few months ago (hhcg….I lost 20 pounds over a year ago and have kept that off w/ those same drops). I did a 40 day round ON shots and only lost 13 lbs which was quite sad but that's ok. I know a couple of the gals did it and one did really WELL on it, the other gal had to stop because of really bad headaches. Anyway, just wanted to let you know (for those that are still interested) that I'll be starting tomorrow and will share my journey.

    :-). It worked well for me. Not protocol for sure. I recommend that folks read the book before undertaking. It is super low carb...not just low carb. If you have to have fruit everyday, this is not for you. Good luck Scottland! I'll be following you!

    I know you did AWESOME w/ it!!!! I read your posts!! I am NOT a fruit person at all so I should be fine I know it's TOTALLY not protocol but like I said, I pretty much eat this way anyway so might as well add some HCG drops into the mix and see what happens!!

    I'll be following you. I thought about doing this. Kats told me it wouldn't be good for a final round. I'm loading sometime this week. We shall see.

    Alright…..had my cup of decaf w/ hwc and vanilla creme stevia (I will MISS my xylitol)

    I'm cooking my burgers and zucchini for lunch at work. Then dinner w/ be some chicken and a salad.

    I will report later and see how I'm feeling w/ hunger and what not.

    I'll for sure do it again. Right now tho, I'm recovering from a broken and 2 cracked ribs. I'm going to give them a bit more time before attempting.

    Scottland, did you read the book? Just as with P & I, I think it's important to read this guys book if you are planning on undertaking his plan. For instance, I'm not sure if he usually includes a veggie at lunch. Personally, I ate a large salad at lunch everyday while on it and did fine. It was nice to be able to have dressing on my salad :-). But then I didn't eat a veggie at dinner. Just protein.

    Kats, What the heck happened? Did you take a spill? I've been wondering why you were scarce around here. I thought maybe we just drove you crazy!

    Scotland, how many calories are you eating? Are you doing dressing on salad as well?

    Oh NOOO, so sorry to hear that Kats! Hope you feel better VERY soon!!!

    NO, I didn't read the book but I'm doing VERY low carb….the ONLY carb I had yesterday was w/ my zucchini at lunch.

    Last- - Yes, I made my own ranch and used it w/ my burger and zucchini w/ my lunch. And just like Kats, I only had protein for dinner (2 chicken legs). Ohhh, I have NO idea how many calories….I'm not counting. Just eating until satisfied and VERY low carb.

    Like I said, if it doesn't work for me….really NO skin off my teeth.

    you really don't count calories at all. A low carb, higher fat diet is kind of self limiting in the calorie department. And the hcg seems to help with appetite too. I guess if you count anything, it's carbs!

    That makes sense. I did well getting the bulk of my weight off on years of very low carb.

    Yeah, I wasn't nearly as hungry today…..interesting! I ate breakfast, lunch and dinner yesterday but only did breakfast and lunch today….had a cup of decaf w/ hwc w/ vanilla creme stevia for dinner as I'm still full from my lunch which was the same as yesterday, burger/zucchini/ranch dressing.
